So far, so good. I just received the generator yesterday. It seems like a good, sturdy unit. It took about an hour to put on the wheels & feet, connect the battery cables, fill the oil reservoir and add gas. Once done, I went through the startup checklist and pressed the start button. It fired right up and ran smoothly. It's a little loud, but it is a 7500 watt generator. I had power to all four of the 120 volt receptacles. I did not have a 240 volt appliance with which to test that circuit. I turned off the fuel-flow switch and ran the carburetor dry, prior to storage. I'll test it again in a week.

Quick delivery, after a good look over and adding oil and fuel engine fired off and ran smoothly all outlets were sat. Haven't ran it under a load yet so I gave 4 stars for ease of set up and what looks to be a quality generator only time will tell for sure. Only con so far was that it was a bit aggravating adding fuel with a full 5 gallon jug without making a mess

Works as advertised when I tested. When power actually went out I couldn't use it because I didn't realize I needed to recharge the battery even though I had only used it briefly to test. A little disappointed about that. I am charging now, hopefully it will be charged and ready for the next power outage...

Generator came with clear and well-illustrated instructions and even included a kit with the required sized wrenches, a spark plug wrench, a handy oil funnel designed specifically for the fill cap location on this machine. The remote start FOB was also a pleasant surprise.

In anticipation of hurricane season here on the coast, I had time to thoroughly search for what I needed. The Wgen7500 stood out over and over on the attributes I was looking for. I went further and searched warranty stations for that just in case moment and there is a positively known one 4 miles away. The generator came with easy to follow assembly instructions. Once assembled and oil and gas were added, the generator started right up and ran fine for the short time I had it running. There hasn't been any power outages in the neighborhood since I bought the generator so I haven't had a chance to really use it for any long duration yet.

I purchased this as a home backup in case of a hurricane or storm that causes power outage. I did my research and even considered a whole home backup. This generator was far and away the best option for me. Plenty of power for window AC units, refrigerator, and much more. Very happy with my purchase.

I just bought this on early October 2021 and needed it due to the winter storm, researched and found this brand to be one of the best turned on and works pretty good.Did a couple of test on my home and it works good I love that it has remote start and that it has a gas gage .Truly happy with this product.

We just purchased this yesterday. It has all the features my husband was looking for plus a few surprises he didn't realize it had. He likes the electric start feature and the data center. Was really happy and surprised with the remote start key fob. It also has lots of great safety features.
