Highly recommended by Consumer Reports. I purchased this generator for emergency power. I also installed a 6 circuit transfer switch so it will seamlessly operate several select circuits in my home. The generator is super easy to operate right out of the box. I added the oil and gas. The auto start feature had the engine running in seconds. The manual pull start it fired right up. Like all other generators at this price point it is a bit loud. But, during an emergency situation I am sure my neighbors will enjoy the bottle of Jack I'll send over.

I purchased my generator after the last storm this year in MA. I have yet to have to use the generator but it appears to be built well. All functions work as they should, push button start, remote start and recoil start. Push button and remote start are very nice features for people that dont like pulling cords to start generators. Also the auto choke feature makes this great for anyone who has trouble starting machines due to lack of knowledge on using a choke, it does all the hard work for you! Cant wait to run it on the next outage.

Love the use of the start button and remote. My wife can easily start it up and shut it off when I'm not home and that's a plus for me now that we are through the hurricane Maria emergency in Puerto Rico. I have acquired the generator through the relief program from Johnson & Johnson and I'm so thankful for that.

I receive my Westinghouse 7500 w generator today, assembled it, read all of the instructions, and it fired right up the first try. We ran it for about 5 minutes and then plugged in our refrigerator, and all went as planned. Great product at a great price. If we have a power outage, I'm confident that our generator will handle all that we can throw at it.

This generator was to replace an aging, smaller, hard to start Generac. I am very impressed with the roll cage, wheels, control panel, and overall build. This is a larger generator than we needed for back-up, but the next size down was not much of a savings and lacked some features. I would recommend this generator. It is easy to start, comes with the built in battery charger, quiet. Good price point.

We just got this a few days ago, opened up the box and installed the wheels and feet, added the oil and gas and it fired right up, this works as designed. easy instructions to follow, programming the remote was super easy. can start it from inside my house if ever needed. super happy with this purchase. This is probably the best generator I have used in a long time.

This generator is about as straight forward as they come. Setup took less than 1 minutes. This unit will keep us comfortable and safe after hurricanes and that is very important to me and my wife. Living in Miami Florida this generator gives us a lot of peace of mind. It has more than enough power for all of the basics in an emergency.

Arrived quickly and seems very well built. Started right up and ran well. The electric start was super easy via button or remote. Like that it includes a charger as well but not sure how to tell when the charger is actually charging. Also not sure how to adjust the frequency to make it run at 60 Hz versus the 62 HZ that is seems to put out. Solid piece of mind in the event of a power outage.

This generator is exactly what I need. I choose this WGen7500 after consultation with my local electrician and it meets our need exactly. We are able to connect the 240 to our house and power all we need with this generator. We live in a rural area and storm caused power outages can last days. This generator gives us peace of mind.

I bought this generator after a storm hit causing major damages here in MI. Due to the storm we had power outages consecutively for over a week. This generator has been truly a life saver. It is easy to assemble, powerful and love that it has a remote control. I am very pleased with its performance. Had it running for 8 hours and was able to connect fridge, deep freezer, a small window air conditioner, a tv and a couple of lights. I have peace of mind now in case of a power outage specially in the winter months. I really recommend this product!
