It's brand new and not used yet, however I purchased this based on reviews after looking at many generators online and being a single female needing something not complicated.

Definitely worth the money for the peace of mind this generator provides. Easy start, powerful enough to run the most critical circuits in the house. Great features. Works great!

This generator was very easy to assemble. Simply pin on the wheels, (4) bolts for the two front feet, plug in the battery, and add oil/gas. All the controls are straight forward. The remote start was easy to program. Very fine product.

I bought this unit to replace my 20 yr old small generator, 7500 w should easy handle ejector pump (most important), lights and fridge in the case of power outage. Generator was tested and is ready to use. I like push button start!

The generator is well put together with easy to locate controls. I had no issues assembling the wheels and feet, prepping it for use and starting it for a test run.

just got it in four days before christmas. i like that it came with a wheel kit and remote start.my cohorts and fellow workers where i work this is the forth purchase in three months .

Easy to assemble, cranked on the first start! One of the few generators I found that has a battery charger included. In Texas we go from ice and snow to hurricanes so I'm feeling very prepared!

This is an awesome generator. It is a little loud, but for residential activities it is perfect. It actually has a remote start to it. The electric and pull start works great.

Thank goodness I haven't needed to use my generator yet but this thing is truly a beast. It has the ability to provide electricity to my entire home aside from my air conditioner and dryer. I am so happy I made this purchase!
