We bought this when the Hurricane was coming and we are very satisfied. We were without power for 3 days and this generator helped us get thru the hard times.

It is really solidly built. With the wheels it easly to move. We love the folding arms because it take up less space. We are ready for any storm that comes our way. We happy that we will be able to power our appliances.

I am using the product for backup power in case of hurricanes/storms since I live in a coastal area that has a good chance of receiving the impact of a major storm some point in the future.

I bought this this month after having a transfer switch installed in my home. It runs great and the electric / remote start is a really nice feature.

Seems to be a solid generator. Time will tell, I haven't yet got to test it under load for an extended period of time. Electric start is a nice option and it's much quieter than my old 5500.

Very well packaged. Out of the box and assembled in minutes. Very substantial hardware and accessories were well marked. Even came with oil to fill the crankcase and a funnel. Exceeded my expectations.

I like the generator. The only problem was delivery. R&L Carrier in Memphis let it sit on their dock 2 weeks before delivering to me. Had to call them several times to finally get delivered.

I bought this generator almost two weeks ago and it hasn't stayed running the entire day a single time. The carbon monoxide detector keeps shutting it down, even though it sits outside with nothing near it.

Just purchased for my mothers house. Awesome electric start with remote. She can start and stop frothier bedroom. Plenty of power for our needs. My friend just ordered one

A lot of great product features. Very easy to assemble. User manual is very thorough & easy to read. Going to run it for 1st time today. Looking forward to it.
