Product was well packaged, unwrapped, read all the directions, unusual for a man. Double checked everything it fired right up. So glad I made this purchase.

Just received my new WGen7500 and had a transfer switch installed. Happy that the generator will run pretty much everything in our house! Of course, this will ensure we do not get any hurricanes this season in southwest Florida!

From the time I opened the box until the first time I started it, it took 10 minutes! Generator is powerful yet when I was only about 25 ft away it wasn't even as loud as my lawnmower! Hope we never lose power but glad we have this!

This unit was so easy to use right out of the box. Very well built and not as loud as my smaller unit. this generator is strong enough to power my whole house. Can not wait for the next storm.

The size of the unit is healthy and directly related to its 7500W output. Owners manual was easy to read and able to follow directions for start up and paring of remote start garb easily.

Every thing arrived that was supposed to but nuts for legs were off center :,had to use a smaller bolt and nuts to assemble.Cranked first time ran well and put out correct voltage.

This is my first generator and have not used in real emergency however tested with multiple power units around my house and works really well. The best is the remote start option!

I am in the process of setting it up. Having to do some re-wiring. I did not expect the generator to be as deluxe. I am excited over many of it's features that my old one did not have such as hour meter, gas gauge, battery charger and remote start.

THIS GENERATOR IS AMAZING ON HOW QUCIK TO SET UP AND PUT TO USE, I LET IT RUN WITH NO LOAD FOR ABOUT 45 MIN TO BREAK IN AND THEN SLOWLY ADDED EVERYTHING I WANTED TO POWER WITHOUT ISSUE.

I bought this generator to run my deep freezer and refrigerator and lights and haven't been disappointed yet. Works up to it name and puts out enough power that could run other items to.
