We bought this in the middle of an ice storm and it was a lifesaver! It set up quickly and has run reliably ever since. It's given us peace of mind for the inevitable power outage.

This generator is very well made and the instructions to operate clearly written and easy to follow. I had it put together and running in less than 30 min. Started on elec start immediately. Almost looking forward to using it for an elec outage.

only have had the opportunity to start it up and run it for 15 minutes. I started right up. Battery came charged. Heavy but moves easily with the wheel kit (included)

This generator looks really good. Have not been able to use it yet as our son is going to wire it into our house. Love that it's remote start, seems to be heavy duty. I have already recommended it to a friend.

Great product. Solid build. Easy setup. Unfortunately the battery indicator light stays on after shutdown. Support said this is a flaw and trying to get it resolved.
