Arrived with no packaging problems. Simple instructions and setup. Well built and fired up instantly. The remote start/stop is a nice feature and shoul be handy. This beast will power the whole house when needed!

Just got this but so far the automatic features are awesome and work well. Easy to move around, easy to start and stop with the remote. Noise level isn't bad and is acceptable. The wife is happy she can start it too!

Very well built, electric start feature and battery charger a plus. Came with toolkit, engine oil and well thought out manual. After adding oil and gas the unit started right up.

My husband wanted this generator for our new house to keep furnace running when out of power….we live in Texas and while it does not happen often, it is chaos when it does. Hasn't been put to the test, but we hope to stay warm when the time comes.

I lived in Puerto Rico and was there for hurricane Maria and know the importance of having a generator. Now that I live in Florida I know that I have to be prepared for any hurricanes and power loose.

We are very happy with this generator it runs a lot of things for a long time on one tank. Easy to use. Only issues are with using the remote start or push start but pull start works great.

I bought this to fill in during our frequent power outages. The outages can range from an hour to days. We had a shorter power outage and the generator was up an running in minutes and di a good job until the power was restored.
