I bought this a few days ago. So far, so good. Love it.

Excellent product, easy to start performs great and has been a lifesaver during the last hurricane.

Assembly was slightly more complicated than expected but so far it is working.

Everything is over machined, and with a combination of cheap materials, it means maintenance isn't really possible (you can't remove screws). They are also unreliable. I did all of the start-up prep when I first purchased the generator, but the first time I needed it for a real outage it was busted. Not a good generator.

I just bought this on 3/26/19, it came really quick on 29th. Assembly was pretty straight forward and it took only about 15min to get it ready to run. I touched the remote start button and within couple of seconds it started (love that feature!) and I like the extra charger for the battery, when not in use, to keep it charged up. After running it off and on for about 10min. it ran perfect, I just wish that it was little bit quieter, but I'm ok with it and I wish the fuel valve was little bit bigger and made from better material. Time will tell how trouble free are all the electronic gadgets but for now it's great.

After I finally found the directions it wasn't hard to put together. I have a electric wench in my garage or it would have to be a two man job. Hooking up the battery terminals was a pain because of space restrictions. Whomever designed the boots for the battery terminals should be forced to put them on 20 times. I'd bet he'd come up with a better design. The starting directions were very clear and concise. Once I added the oil (it would be nice to know the oil capacity) and gas it started right up and all the 120 outlets worked. Both the push button and the remote start worked as advertised. I haven't tried the 240 yet. At this point I would say I'm pretty happy with it.

This generator was purchased because of power failure due to a big storm. I needed something that would be strong enough to power my whole house but not destroy my savings account. This machine more than delivers on all fronts. It has been referred to the "Mercedes" of generators by friends and family. The remote start/stop feature is an added luxury that most won't use but is fun anyway. When I unboxed all I had to do was install the wheels (simple setup) add the included oil then filled with super unleaded. Battery was charged enough to push button start. It turned over on half of the first crank. Ran like a charm. Next step is wiring it to my panel. Bring on the next outage!

Easy assembly took less than 5 minutes, unit started right up with no issues, quality is very good even the wheels have real roller bearings, this is the first night of use after a major storm it's replacing an old 3500 watt unit that just didn't have enough power to run the house, the unit has been running for past 2 hours with no issues, comes with a meter to watch volts, hertz and hour meter, and yes it even came with the battery, this unit is very simple to operate no messing with choke, simple push the start button on the unit or use the key fob remote, also the key fob remote has great distance

It was exactly as described in marketing material. Assembly was very simple, it came with everything to make it fully functional, and the instructions were clear. It started up immediately and runs good under minimal load. I have not tested it for running the whole house yet but don't expect any issues.

Bought a year ago and and tested it a couple of times a few months apart. It refused to start when most needed, during a power outage. It did start the next day, then failed to start again after a few months. If you cannot rely on a generator to operate when you need it, then it's obviously pointless to own it.
