First week we had an 8 hour power outage at our home. Not rare where we live. I did a detailed spreadsheet to make sure it was sized for my needs and it runs about 40% of max normally. I do not plug in Freezer or Fridge until the temps alarm to keep the fuel usage to a minimum. Love this generator.

I selected this product due to the fact that it was an easy setup, had a three year warranty and was transfer switch ready. I also liked the idea that it had a FOB (electric) for easy start. 7500 watts was very impressive, where other generators were only 6500 watts.

I bought this generator October, 2020 at a local home improvement store and finally got to use it. I live in Pennsylvania where we were suffered through a extended power outage on December 11, 2021 and feared we may lose our food supply plus the outside temperature was dropping into the 30's so I finally put the generator to use for it's intended purpose. Using propane I pressed the start button and it immediately roared to life without a problem after sitting in my basement for almost 14 months without being used. I plugged in the refrigerator and saved the food from spoiling and was able to use a space heater to warm the house. I would absolutely recommend a dependable product like this to anybody.

Exceptional product! I spent a great deal of time researching before purchase. Easy to assemble and start, ran smooth with no hiccups, nice and quiet. The manual pull start is not conveniently located, but I plan to keep the battery fully charged, so that should not present a real problem.

In purchased my Westinghouse generator in preparation for Hurricane Florence. It was delivered 3 days after it was purchased. It is a great generator and a great value. I would recommend this product to anyone and have since my purchase. Power outages just got easier to deal with!!

I bought this bad boy in 2019. I live in Texas and I was preparing for Hurricane seasons. And haven't used the generator at all. Well now that the GREAT TEXAS WINTER has arrived I would like to tell all that are looking into buying this generator that, I have a transfer switch set up for my house, the the last two days I have been on generator power 100%. I have two refrigerators running, the gas heater, but it has an electric fan, microwave TV, internet and assorted lights throughout the house. This bad boy generator has run all of them without a hiccup. The only problem was my mistake I let the battery go dead while it sat idle. Happy to say that two pulls on the pull cord and it fired right up. It's a little on the loud side but no more than any generator it's size. Really though who cares how loud it is when you're freezing. Bottom line is, for me and my Sons family this “BAD BOY” of a generator was a life saver. Now my Son is getting one. And if this turns out to be the generator you choose I think you'll be happy with it, I know I am. Now bring on Hurricane season.

We just bought this and it was chosen by its features and ratings on Popular Mechanics. It is very well constructed, easy to fill, nice having remote turn on and ease of access to plug ins. We haven't used it yet but are anticipating some use over this next winter as we were out of power for ten days last winter.

We bought the 7500 portable generator for our RV and have been super happy with it. After the winter storm in TX last year we weren't going without electric again so we purchased this model for the features such as remote start and the power. So far we love it! It's never jet us down.

Two days after receiving the generator we had a nasty wind storm with tornadoes...in December! I had not even taken the unit out of the box yet. In 30 minutes the unit was running and I was able to connect it to my critical items for the next several days while power was out. Truly this apparatus ran flawlessly. The timing was perfect and I am very pleased with the performance of this unit. I would recommend it to anyone that has multiple refrigerators, freezers or large motors they need to operate. The best part is that it is easily portable.

I purchased this generator online 12/21/23 it had a scheduled delivery date of 1/3/24, to my surprise it showed up on the 26th of December. Super easy to set up, had everything I need to do so. Once I filled all the necessary fluids in it, I started it manually with the pull cord and it fired right up on the first pull! It was easier than starting my lawn mower!! I am super happy and I will recommend this product/company to anyone who is in the market for a new generator for their house. I cant wait to get it hooked up to the house.
