Product is brand new. Unboxed, put on wheels and feet. It comes with a quart of oil. Added oil, gasoline, charged up battery over night and it started with first push of Start Button. All outlets supplied power. Appears well built, solid frame around the entire machine.

We purchased this a month ago and have yet to use it; however the set-up went forward without a hitch. The remote start feature worked the very first time we tried it. For us it was a good choice as a whole house generator for downed power lines, which are common in Western North Carolina. We calculate it will keep our electric ignition/gas furnace, well pump, and refrigerator going for the duration of power out. We have a very small cabin home and don't need a whole house automatic generator system, which costs 3 or 4 times more than this unit. We wish the assembly instructions had included more specific information on how to use the battery re-charger, included in the unit. The electrician who helped set up our circuit panel to receive the generator showed us how to use the battery re-charger.

Very strong generator! Will run my entire house during outages (except for 220v circuits). That's really important to me since several of the 2020 hurricanes knocked lots of trees down on power lines 200 miles inland from landfall. Now we're facing a week of winter storm warnings with freezing rain. I added oil and gas to the new generator and pressed the Start button. The WGen 7500 started instantly and settled into a smooth idle speed. Bring on the weather! I basically had no problems with my first earlier, but otherwise identical, WGen 7500. I was impressed with the smooth power flow that easily satisfied my electronics. BUT, word to the wise: The Owners Manual quite clearly says "Check oil level before starting." This is NOT a suggestion! I will certainly do so with my new replacement. I expect it to last much more than the five years of flawless use I got from the first one. And with no holes in the crankcase... Lol

I just purchased this generator. I am very impressed with how well made this unit is. Very solid. Even the wheels have bearings in them so they roll easily. It was straight forward to put the legs and wheels on. All the parts sent along with this unit were packaged well and all the parts were there. The unit was also packaged well to keep it from getting damaged. So far I am very satisfied and glad that I have this generator.

So far so good. Easy to unpack and assemble. Manual was easy to follow. Filled with oil and little gas to test. Started right up. Now that I have it we will probably never have another power outage. Will update after first one. Thus far I give it A+. Seems very well put together.

I purchased this before winter and don't have any regrets. we lose power about once a month but rarely for more than a day. This is the perfect size and outputs for me. The electric start quit working after a couple of months but the pull start works real quick every time. It puts out plenty of power to keep my two freezers cold and my internet working. The gas tank is large enough to last throughout the night without any concerns.

Bought April of 2020. Heavy yes , but what do you expect with a 420cc engine and 6.6 gal of fuel. Very Fuel efficient. Living in Maine and being amongst the trees we have to have a power back-up. Other makes don't really compare to the electronics in this. Gas gauge is a bit cheap, but works good enough. Bought the smart switch, but haven't installed yet. SW is hard to obtain right now. This will work like the expensive home models minus the high costs. Battery charger a plus. With it plugged in the control panel while letting it run every couple of months will maintain the Battery just fine. When putting together I put marine grease on exposed welds that didn't hold paint, but they were just small tack welds on frame cross members. Started right up after putting on the wheels. Don't need any Tim The Tool Man gruffy remarks to get sold on this. . My wife loves it. Its the REAL deal out there.

Bought this recently and it was a simple set up! Started on the first crank. Charging the battery overnight for a good charge. I like the keyless start option because chances are if your power is out, you won't want to go outside. The only thing I wish they sent along with it is a generator extension cord. Other than that, I love it.

This is our first generator as we seem to be having more power outages and they are lasting longer. We determined this size was a good fit to run the well pump and boiler so we would have heat and water. The price was reasonable and reviews were very good. The features were a good selling point. It arrived safely and ran it for awhile to test it was working correctly. So far we have not needed to use it, but we are relieved to have it on hand in case the need arises, especially while we are still surging with Covid.

This gen is great, but im not giving 5 stars bc is missing a load gauge and also bc the gas top it doesn't close as well and you always smell gasoline, I had a Champion gen that was great in this two aspects. Other than that great portable generator handles a big load. My 3.5 ton AC, led lights TV, fans and no issues so far.
