Worked well right out of the box. Excellent setup instructions were included. 3 year warranty is 3 times as long as comparable offerings from other manufacturers. I also have one of their small inverter generators for camping. It's been very reliable for several years.

I purchased the WGen7500 after much research on web. I believe it fits my needs exactly and will provide me the electricity I need when the power goes out. I live on the Texas gulf coast so hurricanes and recently freezes create power supply issues. I read the manual and it is very useful; everyone should read it. I plan to operate it monthly to ensure and insure my electricity will only be out for a short while when needed in an emergency, so familiarity is a must. The machine operates quietly, though I suggest wearing ear protection, I plan to have an emergency connection to my home electric panel installed; I have an electrician setup to install the needed connections and to discuss the safety aspects of using the home connection. This is important so as to not cause insult to injury due to power feedback from utility provider.

Why would someone leave a product review, at time of registration??? I have just received this unit, and am already having issues (data center is blank, or blinks displaying "P-00"). I would love to give a proper review, after product has been broken-in.

I ordered on may 17th just got it yesterday on the 28th.Put it together today, instructions were simple and strait forward. start was easy ran great I have only tried the two 120 volt plugs both worked great. I am looking forward to getting 230 volt plug so l can run my compressor. So far so good

I just bought this generator, and it's hard to believe the value. Remote start, battery start, manual start, internal recharge on the battery, covered 120 and 240 receptacles, and more. It took about 30 minutes or so to unbox, assemble, start up, and program the remote start fob. Nearly $100 a few weeks ago spent to rent a generator, this will pay for itself in no time flat. As Warren Buffett says, price is what you pay, value is what you get. I feel like I got way more value than what I paid.

I bought this for peace of mind in case we have a power outage. We live in a rural area with a well pump, sump pump and sewage pump that we cannot do without. I installed a manual transfer switch to run 10 circuits. I have tested it and it worked great.

Bought it a week ago haven't needed to use it just yet but unpacking out of the box it's a real beauty with some great features like remote start. Easy to assemble and once the wheels and handle are on easy to maneuver around. I'll update once we have a need to run it. We'll be connecting this to our electrical panel to avoid having extension cords.

Purchased this based on other reviews. This in a heavy duty well built generator. I have owned several generators in the past. This one impresses me by far. Well built and the remote start is incredible. I especially like the combo hour, Voltage, and frequency meter. Simple to assemble and get it going the first time. Quieter than expected and produces power as it should.

I bought this a couple of weeks ago. By the time it arrived, the electric company had restored power so my generator sat in its box in my garage. I finally opened it today only to discover it required many "extras" like gas, extension cords and a padlock. Okay, I can deal with that. It did come with oil and a user manual. I will read that. Assuming I don't electrocute myself, this review will get a follow up. If the follow up isn't forthcoming, feel free to send flowers.
