I fell asleep within 30 minutes. As opposed to liquid nighttime cold meds, I woke up and did not feel like I got hit by a us. I would recommend this product.

With this I fall asleep within about 30 minutes, I love that it does not knock you out so you are still able to wake during the night if need which is a much have with having 3 children. In the morning I have absolutely no grogginess and I felt like a was really well rest. I look forward to continuing using this product.

I've tried melatonin and tea that is supposed to help with sleep and nothing has really helped me. However, I feel like Somnapure has helped me fall asleep and actually feel rested in the morning. My first night taking two pills, I promptly fell asleep after half an hour and was able to sleep soundly through the night. When waking up, I noticed a considerable difference. I do feel that I went to sleep a lot quicker, but had trouble waking up. I started taking just one pill before bed. I still feel asleep quickly, but did not have as much difficulty waking up. I found that the pills left a bad taste in my mouth and wished they were a little smaller. Overall I liked the sleep aid and would recommend them to people looking for an effective sleep aid.

I have always had restlessness at night when I try to sleep. I take 2 of these tablets 30 minutes before bedtime and I stay asleep longer. First off, let me say that I like the fact that it is all natural. I also like the fact that in the morning, I do not feel groggy from the night before. I tracked my sleep over this time, and while my sleep has improved a little overall - It only seemed to improve a little. Of course - any little bit helps - so that is a major plus!

The only time I felt rough the next morning was when I only had about 4 hours to sleep and took it thinking I'd sleep better. I slept great but my body was not ready to get up after a few hours. When I took it with a normal amount of sleep time I slept well and did not feel sleepy the next morning. I tend to have trouble falling asleep, this product worked great, I took it about 30 mintues before bed and was ready to get to sleep when it was time.

While the tablets were not large and easy to take, they did nothing for me. I was very thankful that I received them to try for free!
