The necklace is beautiful!!! It sparkles like crazy, and I have gotten lots of complements on it.

I absolutely love the quality, look, and true sparkle of this yellow gold chain. However, due to the texture, it gets "fuzz" all over it from shirts. I constantly have to pick and use tape to remove and still cannot get it all. I wear it with a diamond cross. Now that I know, I try to only wear w deep neck shirts to avoid the problem. I rate a 5 without the texture/fuzz problem.

Ordered a 22 inch white gold chain and received a yellow gold chain instead. Contacted customer service for a return and they reached out to the company that makes these. This company was supposed to send out a paid return label that was valid for 10 days. I did not receive anything nor I am able to contact them either. Right now I am dealing with Sam's Clubs customer service to get this resolved as the company is currently ghosting me.

I bought this necklace in person. It is beautiful looking. I do not like the necklace itself. It is a twisted cut rope chain. I purchased this for a diamond cross pendant that I don't take off. I wear it day and night. The problem is it catches on everything and the nap and fuzz from clothing get stuck in between the twisted chains. When I try to clean it I can't get it out because of the designed twisted chains. It looks terrible. I'm very disappointed with it.
