We thought we needed firm, but after trying it on the showroom floor, we ordered the soft. It has been almost 30 days and we are continuing to enjoy it more and more. Giving a 4 star as not sure it is worth the money paid, but we are still getting used to it. No complaints. Had our previous memory foam mattress for 12 years. With this new mattress, we don't wake up sore, achy and in pain anymore.

I have neck and hip issues, so my TEMPUR-pedic provides reliable comfort for me every night. I made the mistake of trying a "copy-cat" mattress - wow. Saggy, poor craftsmanship - no comparison in comfort and quality. So, when we needed to buy a mattress for our new summer home, I knew it had to be TEMPUR-pedic as I wanted to replicate our mattress in Arizona. I normally would never "call to order" - but I am so glad that I did call TEMPUR-pedic directly. It was by far one of the very best buying experiences ever. Our TEMPUR-pedic rep found a current mattress style that matched the one we purchased 8 years ago (which we still love), and he was spot-on - we have the same wonderful sleeping experience in Washington as we do in Arizona! It is notable that our new mattress and our old 8 year-old mattress sleep and feel the same - such great quality. From working with a knowledgeable, friction-free customer service representative to having the most communicative, on-time delivery we have had from ANY company to our island home, TEMPUR-pedic has provided us with a quality, head-to-tail experience. As a menopausal woman I have been sleeping so much better!! We were impressed with the professional quality of our service and delivery, too.

My husband and I are both side sleepers and have broad shoulders so a mattress that supports while letting you sink in enough to keep your spine aligned is difficult. After trying lots of lesser memory foam beds we finally shelled out the cash for a Tempur Pedic. Totally worth it. We are sleeping so much better and our bodies feel great. The soft is very soft but still feels supportive, even for my husband who is 6'4/240lbs. I'm 5'6/140lbs and it's perfect for me, too. Doesn't sleep as warm as other memory foam. Cover is very nice. The only thing my husband doesn't like is that the edge is soft and he can't sit on it to put on his socks. I don't have that trouble.

I spent two months debating whether to purchase this mattress. With the 90 night trial I decided to give it a chance, and I'm so glad I did. This is by far the most comfortable mattress I have ever owned. I was waking up two to three times a night and started having lower back pain with my old mattress, but now I can sleep through the night and my back pain has gone away. These mattresses are expensive, but the price is worth a great nights sleep.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've slept on firm Tempurpedic mattresses in a cold (by choice) bedroom for Many years - now that's FIRM! As we have aged, we started needing a little softness to the top layer but didn't want to give up on the firm mattress. The LuxeAdapt Firm turned out to be Perfect the First Night! We could feel the mattress top layer subtly adapt to our bodies BUT the firm support underneath made for a great sleep and abolished morning aches and pains. Happy for sure!!!

Also, bed took a month to get delivered & received a stained defective CA King Split bed! It's been over 10 days & no status on bed replacement! Also, reaching customer service is like like pulling teeth! You wait on the phone for 30-45 min; they either hang up or gets disconnected. I have reached customer service only after relentlessly calling & then most times they can't help or they refer you to a manager; then to be disconnected! No white glove delivery; spent over $8k for a bed & foundation & just a horrible experience! And they over charged us twice! We are still trying to get our bill corrected & the bed replaced!

Our last mattress was also Tempur-Pedic, and we had it for nearly 16 years! After having that kind of longevity, we didnt want to risk switching to another brand. The Luxe Adapt is absolutely incredible, and the best mattress I have ever slept on. I was beginning to have back pain and hip pain- likely because our old mattress had long past it's prime- and noticed an immediate difference once we got the Luxe Adapt. We also bought the ergo power base, which also fit inside our wooden bed frame with no issues at all. We also own a few sleep number beds in the house, and hands-down I reccomend buying the Luxe Adapt over them any day of the week.

Online purchase, delivery, and installation was less than 2 weeks and after several weeks of use, my wife has been expressing major satisfaction. Great back and shoulder support. Coupled with an adjustable base it's renewed my faith in being able to get a decent night's rest.
