[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's not too soft despite product name. Just soft enough for my aching bones, but firm enough to support my aching back. Returned air type mattress from other brand and bought this.

This is our second Tempur-Pedic. We had the classic before this one. Love the new Luxe-adapt. Reduces our back and joint pain. This product lives up to its reputation.

Mattress is great but takes some adjustments if changing from a box spring set. I wish the side were firmer for better support when getting out of bed or sitting on side of bed. No aches or pain after sleeping. No pressure point from mattress.

Good sleep and I'm not so achey in the morning. Very pricey and hopefully will last. If it goes in 2 years you're better off buying two inexpensive ones instead.

Overall quality construction. But for the price, I expected it to feel soft and luxurious like a a hotel bed. But this is not the case. It's very stiff
