Good thermos. I tried most of the flavors and their all acceptable. Wish they lasted longer for the money. Helps me to drink more water.

A waste of money. The flavor cartridge only lasted my kid one day. I’ll go back to purchasing splash water.

You can adjust how much flavor you add to your water. Where a lot of the store bought flavored waters are too sweet to me.
