My daily dose of eggs. So convenient. Cooks well fried or scrambled. I wish they would stock more even before current shortages (at least at my store) they would always run out.

As the title states this does appear to be 100% egg whites. I used them to make omelettes and The product blended well with other foods I chopped up to add in. The egg whites cooked up fluffy and tasted great. Small, easy pour container keeps eggs fresh and is great for refrigerator storage taking up a small amount of space. I do plan to add this to my regular Sam’s shopping trips going forward. Good find and good price in my area.

This is good and at a good price. I would have given it 5 stars, but I really hate the lids on the cartons. The threading is too small and it makes it difficult to take the lid off and on.
