I cook about 3 pounds of bacon for the men’s group I attend on Saturday mornings. I season that bacon (and have for several years now) every single week and we’ve got over 2 dozen guys in our group. Not only is it a requirement each week but I fully stock my spice rack with this and over the years it has honestly (and honorably) been ranked the %231 seasoning in the rack. I’ve been cooking, grilling, and making dishes for close to 30 years and to this day, nothing even comes close. I use this season on so many dishes for a smokey taste. It is delicious in a pot of beans. Can’t go wrong with Kinders.

I was looking for this because it said it was smoked garlic seasoning. I don't like the fact that they included chili in it. When it says smoked garlic, I expected that and smoked flavoring not a bunch of salt and other seasonings also. What if I wanted to use another seasoning with it and they both include salt? It makes it hard to use more than one seasoning when they add extra ingredients and I have to make sure to check the ingredients label so that I over salt something .
