I brought this a month ago and I don't like it. I like my old 5000 series better

Does not blend or grind well

Works great.  We use it everyday and it works with no issues.

Great for morning smoothies and protein shakes

Not as well made as earlier models. Watch for water infiltration in the pitcher base.

No it did not go well. I just purchased it 3 months ago for my health issues used it four times and it will not even come on. I started using this machine for my business and now everything is halted.
I am VERY disappointed and threw out my old one before purchasing this so I am really inconvenienced. I would like a full refund or another machine overnighted to me.

I love my Vitamix. The way this machine pulverizes anything in its path is phenomenal. I’m glad I went with the smart machine with ease of the knobs. Honestly the presets aren’t super necessary so if you’re on a budget maybe go to the other model. But overall this machine performs. I’ve never had a blender like it and we’ve gone through a few.
