After replacing blenders every year or two, I finally took the plunge and got a Vitamix. I wish I hadn’t waited so long! Not only does it work better than any blender I’ve ever owned, but it’s made in America and won’t contribute to a landfill. I’m thrilled to be part of the Vitamix family.

I'm very pleased with my new Vitamix, with which I have already made a bunch of great blends: perfectly smooth hummus, delish babaganoush, fresh peach sorbet, and multiple awesome drinks including something like a Frappacino. True, it wasn't cheap, but the best things rarely are.... no surprises, no buyer's remorse.

Overall this is a great blender. I'm still adjusting to having a new blender, as I was used to our other 10 year old Vitamix that, I must admit, I like better so far. But I truly believe it's only because I'm not quite used to this one yet. We also purchased the food processor attachment, and though I appreciate that it is a huge space saver compared to our other food processor that we've since sold, I find this one a little more difficult to use and a bit messy. But, we are happy customers nonetheless.

We are super pleased with our VITAMIX! At first I wasnt sure if it would get much use, but the entire family uses it every day. My kids make shakes and smoothies. I have used it to puree ingredients for my soups and dressings. Its truly a great tool to have in the kitchen, and makes cooking easier. And the cleanup is so simple on this durable piece of wonder, just add warm water and a drop of dish soap and run it. Or you can put it in the dishwasher. Its funny, yesterday my teenage daughter told me when she moves out, shes taking it with her! I dont think so!!!

We love it, this was the first time we bought this blender. Debating over other brands, finally after reading the reviews, bought this. Very easy to use, easy to wash and easy to handle. I should not complain but we felt its bit loud while running, maybe its normal for this powerful motor.

Not sure this works as advertised. The blender and food processor attachments work well but the smaller blending bowl and 20oz blender cup don’t always get sensed from the blender I emailed customer support and they responded but those two attachments work sometimes and not others. Either I’m doing something wrong or the equipment is too picky-or too sensitive to any small error in tightness or the way the blade gets screwed onto the cup and bowl.

I didn't realize how much I would absolutely LOVE this Vitamix. I have had two other blenders and didn't use them very much...probably because they didn't work the best. Best advice I read from someone else before I purchased my Vitamix...was that if you get a piece of equipment that doesn't work like you'd like it to. you won't use it. I totally agree! I am telling everyone...it's worth the price!

Horribly disappointed! I don't know if we just got a lemon or if this is what everyone experiences with their machines but I had such high hopes. Blending is a nightmare. It always smells like something is burning. If iStart on low speed and try to increase it - no matter what it gets stuck around 4-6. Just stops. I use the tamper but something just doesn't seem right and we truly are not enjoying it at all.

My life has completely changed with this blender. From smoothie bowls, to juices, soups and sauces - we use this beast on the daily. Even though they are quite costly, it is WELL WORTH the investment. As they say, your health is an investment, not an expense - and that’s exactly how I view this blender. Highly recommend!!! :)

I am considering returning this. I’ve used vitamix for fifteen years but this blender doesn’t crush my ice unless I put it in already crushed. Frozen fruit had to be individually broken up and then I still get chunks. Even if I blend on smoothie setting three times. The stomper doesn’t go down far enough so it won’t push food into the blade. I’ve reached out to customer service about returning snd haven’t heard back. Have not been impressed to say the least.
