Bought in the winter in Canada. Handled the snow and ice with ease. Little bit of slipping here and there but acted like a regular winter tire. I was really impressed. Very quiet and responsive. A bit pricey but you get what you pay for. Highly recommend. They look sharpe as well and the side wall always stays black.

My wife bought her 2014 Ford Edge new....it now has 140,000 miles on it....and has the original Michelin Latitude tires on it....just goes to show that proper rotation intervals and weekly tire pressure checks help....will be the tire we replace with....outstanding.

I've used Michelin tires for probably 40 years. I have never had any problems with them. I'm getting old now and my last set of tires aged out and still had more than half of the tread left. Bought a new complete set of the same type of (Michelin Defenders) tires. I suspect these will be my last set before I have to turn in my drivers license as I will be very close to 90 years old by then.

This is the 3rd set of this set of tires that I have purchased for this truck. All of them have given me more miles that the warranty will cover and the handling and comfort have always been top notch. I originally purchased them because i was told the noise was very low. This has been true, I hear very little road noise. That's saying a lot because this truck has been driven across the country 3 times.

I now have approx. 40,000 miles on a set of these. They are in all respects very good tires. The wear seems to be as expected, they are great on wet highways and relatively quiet although as all Michelins do, they seem to be getting noisier as they wear. What I don't like is they are as hard as rocks and with every pothole or manhole it feels like the front of the truck is getting torn off. I had the Primacy's prior to these and for us, they were a much better tire. I don't do a lot of heavy hauling and would prefer the softer ride. I think I'll be going back to the Primacy in the future.

These came stock on my 22 Tacoma. I'm at almost 3 years on these tires with 65k miles. From the look of them I could definitely go another 15k easily. They have preformed so well in the mid Atlantic region I decided to get them again on a new set of wheels. Quite smooth and fantastic in the rain. I'd recommend them to anyone that doesn't need a offroad tire.

These Defenders LTX tires are being replaced at 30k miles vs the 60k they claim to last. Rotations every 10k miles for the life of the tire. Will not buy again. Bought new tires for a new business and a different brand. Will never buy this manufacturer again.

I finally decided to try them for myself and they are the best tires I have ever had on my truck. Michelin has never let me down after 55 years of buying their tires. I purchased the Defender LTX M/S2 tires for my 1500 series pickup truck because I wanted good traction on wet slippery roads when I travel. These tires are quiet and the sidewalls are firm enough to help my truck stay level in curves. They blend perfectly with my air-ride suspension. I feel safe with these tires.
