Purchased Open Run Pro. I gave 5-stars for functionality. This is my 2nd Shokz. My husband also uses them and he’s on his 2nd as well. We’ve also sent these to an elderly uncle. They really are great. The sound quality is great and they are easy to use. Plus they hold the charge for a good long time. I use them for most of the day, everyday. My only complaint is that where they sit over the ear, the longer you have them on, your ear gets sore. It begins to hurt at the place where the Shoktz sit on the ear. This part is extremely annoying because at the point when it gets sore, I have to take them off. I’m not sure what the company can do to make them more comfortable over the ear, but I would definitely suggest some R & D to improve this comfort level in the future. Other than that, I would definitely but then again. I would buy them for myself and family members too. I love them. I would recommend them to any one who cares to ask.

Quality it top notch. I use it for phone calls, not music. I can wear it all day and pretty much forget I am wearing them. Exceptionally comfortable. Only thing is that because they are open ear, background noise, if loud, can hinder how well you hear a caller.

A better partner app would be helpful. Watching videos, there is a noticeable lag between the audio and video, and alternative Bluetooth settings (android) doesn't fix it. Working with the Google Assistant, the microphone doesn't pick up all the words, and consistently messes up searches and commands, i.e "Call mom", "What's the forecast" and the such Audio quality is good, better than I anticipated, and feels comparable to conventional in ear headphones. The bass/treble is definitely more pronounced, but I would love an option to play with the EQ. Would recommend if you have hearing aids or need awareness of your surroundings, but I'd rather have purchased something less experimental in nature.

We have purchased many sets of Shokz open ear concept type devices. We enjoy the way everything sounds, when you are talking on the phone or even listening to your tunes everything is very clear. We have been enjoying the different colors. If you wonder about how long it takes to get your new device,their shipping department gets them right out to you. Many times in less than 48 hours. We have purchased at least 4 of the different versions of the Shokz, including The OpenMove, OpenRun, and the OpenRun Pro. This time we also purchased the OpenRun Pro in the Mini. They all sound Great with the OpenRun Pro being the very best. They really do last for the states 10 hours. Sometimes my husband doesn’t need to charge them for a couple of days. We understand they are coming up with something new soon and cannot wait to hear what that will be My husband wears hearing aids so is still able to wear them along with these, he can now talk on his cell phone and understand what is being said much better because of the bone conduction. We will be buying and promoting Shokz for a long time to come. Thank you for making such a great product

They do not connect to most of my devices. The non-standard charger is a detriment to the design. Please use USB-C in the future. The sound quality is acceptable. However, I don't see a noticeable improvement over previous generations. There is an improvement however, it is just so slight as to be unnoticable if I A/B them.

Sound quality is acceptable, but nowhere near the quality of over the ear headphones or earbuds. The volume capacity is useless for noisy areas like gyms or workout rooms. The sound (music, TV, etc.) gets drowned out by a simple fan, the rollers of a bike trainer, or overhead music. The main pro for these headphones is the ability to hear traffic and noise clearly when riding outside on a road bike.

These work really well in a quiet environment if the place is noisy they are almost pointless. These are extremely comfortable, I have a large head and they fit great. Sound quality is Good. I love them for the office I can still hear what is happening around me and still listen to my pod cast or music. Battery life is good. I still use my earbuds on planes and in crowded areas. The phone quality is really good people can't tell I am on a Bluetooth device. Overall I do recommend them.

The headphones work great for running and any other activity that I do while wearing them. They work well with my phone, laptop and desktop. the battery life is excellent and the charge time is fast. The quality is top notch and the phone app is a great feature to use.

I paid extra for the pro version because it stated that it had a little more base. All that does it rattle and vibrate more and I’ve since seen many other reviews stating the same thing. And I have a big head and they don’t exactly fit as well as I would have thought. I’m not happy with them but it is what it is I guess.

I love your product and I love the sound quality I love the water resistance and the dirt resistance I love the bass and every feature it comes with. I got the pro but my only concern is that the pro does not come in the Mini size so mine doesn't fit my head other than that it is the best headset I've ever gotten
