There is a phone setting that may resolve the low volume issue. -On the iPhone, go to Settings > Sound & Haptics > Headphone Safety, make sure that the Reduce Loud Audio Feature is switched off as this will affect the volume of the headphone. -On an Android, go to the Bluetooth Settings on the phone, find the headphone and make sure that the Absolute Volume feature is switched on for it. Resetting your Shokz OpenRun Pro clears the Bluetooth pairing list and restores default settings. This is ideal for fixing connection issues. Forget the Device: Go to your phone's Bluetooth settings, find your OpenRun Pro, and select "Forget This Device" or remove them. Turn Off: Ensure your headphones are powered off. Enter Pairing Mode: Press and hold the Volume+ button for 5 to 7 seconds. Release when the LED indicator flashes red and blue, and the voice prompt says "Pairing". Hold the Buttons: Press and hold the Multifunction button, Volume+ button, and Volume- button simultaneously for about 3 to 5 seconds. You will hear two beeps or feel vibrations.
