Headphones are great. I use them mainly for mountain biking and they stay put very well while riding. They stay on and audio is as good as what I’d expect from this style of headphone. My only gripe is the proprietary charger, why not just use usb c so I don’t need a special cord? Also, my text notification sound comes through kind of distorted, not sure why.

I received the OpenRun Pro headphones as a Christmas gift. The main motivations were bone conducting technology and having open ear, but not disturbing others. I tried them out around the office and at home. My co-workers and family could hear them when I had them both on and off my head while they were playing music at a reasonable volume. I would completely disagree with the FAQ that states others cannot hear your music. They DO NOT provide private listening experience. I thought they were defective, but other runners I know have mentioned the same issues.

I love the extra run time over my old set. The sound quality is great. I like the smaller size because it fits my head better. The new charging port is easier to use, but I am concerned that the proprietary cable may be expensive to replace should I loose or damage the one that came with the headset.

Weight battery and listening quality are great and have come along way since the first generation. I’m in my second pair. Only complaint I have is from the callers. I get a lot of “what’s that noise in the background?” They are hyper sensitive to background noise

I needed to find an alternative to in-ear buds. Friends and online reviews all match: good audio quality. good for ambiance (safety) noise like cars around. and so on. So I bought them I also liked the small size option. The problem I've found so far is that I need them to be placed right on my ears(of course, that's how they work) or I would have to put the volume all the way up to get the sound. I haven't figure out how to deal with long hair (over or under) and still get the best sound. The best fit, specially when running is wearing a beanie hat (all good since it's winter). The hat will keep the headphones close to my skull and in the right location. The dual connection didn't work very well with my computer and my phone, so I disabled that feature and I connect to a single device at a time.

This is my first time purchasing from you all and I heard of you from Word of Mouth. The headphones have great sound, you can hear things around you pretty well and i really like this product. The only thing i wish was better mic for phone calls. Everyone can hear me just fine, but their audio cuts out so i can not hear what people are saying. Please fix this in the next version of the product. If you are looking to make calls on this product do not purchase.

I ride horses and hate in ear headphones or ones that prevent me hearing the world around me. These are fantastic! They fit around the back of my helmet without any interference. Easy to hear what is happening around me and easily allows me to take calls when needed.

I have to say that I've read very good revews about the OpenRun Pro and I also tried my boyfrend's Shokz before my purchase (he doesn't have the OpenRun Pro but and older and different reference) so I was very motivated to get my pair of Shokz for running (in and outdoors), walking on the street, attending my meetings and mobile calls while shopping and so on, but I am really really dissapointed (and so sad with the bad investment I made) because of the soud quality. I have to say that I can hardly listen a mobile call, a podcast, etc when I am not in a completely quiet place. I have to put the headphone in my ear to improve the sound quality (I have to say that the volume was at the maximum) which is very unconfortable. I am dissapointed and very sad about it.

I have had various pairs of the open run. They are awesome and warranty depart is awesome too!! This new Open Run Pro, has a lot of things to address. The Bluetooth range needs to be addressed. I had my phone in my pants pocket and it was having issues. The microphone is awful. I have to tell so people can hear me. Also the volume buttons need an upgrade compared to other brand.

I love these headphones so much. They are lightweight, long-lasting (battery), and they pair to more than one device (tv, computer, phone for me). They charge quickly and when I run with them I can still hear the world around me. I wear them while doing chores more often and can monitor the kids while I get things done *and* listen to a podcast. They are great!
