I sent a request to exchange my pro run for the mini. It was my mistake that I ordered the wrong size. They said they would contact me but I never heard back. Was pretty disappointed bc I love aftershokz. This is my third pair.

I have cauliflower ear and can’t even fit ear buds in my ears. Over the ear designs are terrible to work out with, are hot and isolate one from their environment. My Shokz are a game changer!

This is my 3rd set, the first 2 are the standard one not the OpenRun Pro and are excellent. This pair the sound is not as good and the volume is too low.

My battery life is less than my prior model. Volume seems less. Hitting the side button when connected to my phone neither picks up my call nor initiates Siri - my prior model (air) did.

There are some issues when the volume is high, so the music doesn’t sound good or clear and that makes it extremely difficult for me to enjoy any songs that I listen to.

Awesomeness love em. Fit good don’t get pulled out of my ear while I’m working. Hear good sound quality for the receiving end heats me good even in noises situation

The fit, feel, and comfort of the new pair are better than those of the previous model. The sound is a little tinny compared to the old pair. Overall, I am satisfied with the purchase.

Charging them is a bit confusing. But I enjoy using my OpenRun’s. Warranty registration is also a little confusing. Current routines indicate Registration is not required.

As someone who cycles and runs, these are essential for both. I had the AirPods before and hated them on runs and cycling. These changed the game and I can’t imagine using anything else for my workouts

These are amazing. Being able to hear the vehicles around and still being able to listen while I run. Not only are they excellent sound, but safer then your generic ear buds.
