nice and good for hearing your surroundings but the bass lacks and the volume is not loud enough when outdoors....which is where most people will use, good for indoors like the gym though. wish the volume were higher but not as punchy as in ear.

I loved mine and bought them for family recently. These are great - good sound, convenient, long battery life. I wear mine daily listening to books. They work well, and especially when we're on our boat with no fear of them falling off.

I like the fact that I can hear the surroundings while using this product Sound quality not as good as Apple Airpods I don't full charge will last 8 hours Overall, it an ok product

I love the lightweight feel of the headset! Great quality and the bone conducting sound is so clear. The only downside is others can hear conversations and music being played

Game changer, amazing product. My only complaint is a minor thing that I hope the team fixes: turning it on/off isn’t great. Make it go on when it put it on my head, and turn it off when it’s off my head

these suck and I dont know how to return them. I will never buy refurbished again. Only one headphone works. Where do I return them too? I tried my sisters and loved them, if they just worked, Andrea Kelley

I love these! I was concerned about them fitting with my glasses/sunglasses- but don’t have any problems at all with the fit. I can hear what’s around me when hiking & can hear the music perfectly- with amazing sound quality. Super happy with these!

The fit is fine, but it’s ticklish at times and a bit wishy washy too, overall I’m just glad that I don’t have to stick something in my ear and I can still hear music when I want to

I had the areopex prior to the open run pro and I’d rather have the areopex. I feel like they are louder and have better batter than the pros. I use them everyday.

All is good with my SHOKZ. I recieved the new headset. But didn't open it. Got original headset working fine. Haven't opened box. What do I need to do with it.
