Do Not Buy. Car will not charge similar to others’ experiences. Do not buy unless looking to give a gift of disappointment.

This stopped working after about a year and a handful of uses. Battery will not charge. Additionally, the weigh limit is inaccurate. This toy only drives with 1-2 children that are less than 40 lbs each or 80 lbs total.

I can not believe the charge on this thing, after the first charge my kids played with it six times adding up to hours. We have had it three months and I have only charged it 3 times. It's great we love. My 2 year old son loves it the most but unfortunately he ran over his sister with it, she was fine but is now scared of it. Our experience has been positive other than that little set back.

Really JUNK. The seat adjusts for size yes. However its all plastic and does not hold it's place well at all. One Bad thing is the Roll Bar ( OMG ) look I know it's not real but if you grab it to help push/pull unit out of a spot it snaps off. It has no screws holding it in place. One child tried to use it to climb on and yes it snapped off again. It is installed correctly just thin small plastic tabs. The power button is in a bad spot as far as kids like to push buttons. So curious driver and passenger will shut the unit down over and over again. The forward/reverse gear is very cheap and will be broken easy. The high/low speed control is placed in great reach of the small hands of kids so again it will be switched easily and many times. The Gas pedal ( yes I know it does not use gas ) is a bit tough to use not because of location but because of one has to push it just right. Overall JUNK and I am at the 60/40 point of returning it to Sams. I would not ever buy this unit again even at a lower price. Take my advice and Get something different and if you have twins or close siblings get a one seat unit for each. Even well under weight limit, the power is lacking. Truly cheapest made junk possible.

We purchased this for our boys and assembly was as easy as anything I've ever purchased. All that was needed was wheel, steering wheel, and roll bar assembly. Heck, they even had the decals pre installed (one of my least favorite jobs!). After reading other reviews, we definitely purchased the warranty. For 20 dollars it's supposed to cover anything and everything. Hopefully we won't need it...

This product will not last long, better off buying from big name brands that can get reliable customer service help, or Costco with excellent return policy. We have had several issues with this toy, first the shift stopped working and the car would not move forward now the unit will no longer charge and the charge cord won’t stay in to be able to charge, it is too now too loose when it used to fit snug. Expensive purchase for it to suddenly not function without good customer care support. Not sure what to do now.

Bought 2 Hyper jeeps from Sam’s Club, stored both jeeps indoors, and stored the batteries in the house over winter. Neither jeep made it over 8 months. Called Hyper customer service, was told to buy replacement parts and it would work. Parts came in and I replaced them. Yet, the jeeps still did not work. Would not recommend buying these whatsoever.

So, my husband and set it up. A few difficulties putting the screws into the bumper as they are quite small compared to depth of hole. Got to the last part and the wires were snapped apart on the steering wheel. Called customer service-the local number, talked to Kristi who is sending us new steering wheel! Fingers crossed but very happy with service!

Pulled it out of the box to assemble for Christmas and it’s missing a chunk out of the side. The children will not be pleased. Can I please stand in line after the holidays to return this massive thing?! Frustrating as our Sam’s in Sioux Falls has terrible customer service.
