We have had just about every problem you could think of with this car. After the first use it would not recharge. I called and the service department sent me a new mother board. I worked 1 time and quit. They sent a new battery. That too quit after 1 use. If the kids bump the curb the axel popped off.... we were very disappointed in the whole thing. $300 for something that will end up at the dump.

I bought this for my children during the Black Friday Sales for a Christmas present. It lasted a couple of months before the battery was losing charge quickly and the steering wheel broke and only turns in one direction! I would suggest not buying this. It was NOT worth the $200 that I spent.

My five year old really likes this power wheel so far. He has used it for a couple of weeks and it has worked fine. A couple things I would like to have known up front: It is too big to fit through our house door without turning it sideways, which is a pain. So if you want to keep it out of the rain you will need to consider where to keep it. The other thing is that on high speed it drives a little faster than a brisk walk, so that is good, but on the other hand I think it may get a little boring.

I bought this for my son for Christmas. Of course I bought it early because it was in the sale add, so it was purchased Nov. 11, 2017. When Christmas came my 3 year old was super excited as was I when I saw his face light up! We got it together and plugged the charger in to the charging port and it charged. the next day he enjoyed riding it. When he was done we went to plug the charger into the port for the second time only for the port to be so loose that the charger will not stay in. I called Sams and they told me that I only have 30 days for a return through them, that I would have to call the warranty place (square trade) and file a claim. But I read the directions and it states on the back of the manual hypertoy co. will cover it upto 90 days after the purchase date. So I called Hypertoy Co. instead. The first time I called they said they would send out a part and I would have it in 2 business days after it ships. I thought great! so we received the part only for it to be a bunch of wires and have nothing to do with the charging port that I discussed on the phone. So I called them back again and another person with Hypertoy told me that they don't carry that part due to it being part of the frame and that I would have to return the item back to Sams. I told them that Sams told me that they only except returns up to 30 days after the purchase date. She told me to tell them that I had talked to Hypertoy co. and that I have 90days. So here we are trying to figure out how to fit this big thing in my vehicle to get it returned back to the sams I purchased it from. I already feel that I'm going to get the run around and the sadder part of it is, this store shows that they are out of stock on them so even to return it I won't be able to get another one in which my son has fallen in love with. Merry Christmas to him I guess.

We bought this during a thanksgiving sale for our son for Christmas. after giving it to him on Christmas, it only lasted for a month. The battery would last less time each charge. We switched outlets, and everything it finally got to about 10 min of play time before it would die. We bought our other son a different brand. His works great still charging still running fine for hours. After spending $200 on something it's a little disappointing to hear them say it's past the warranty. Our son cries every day Bec he doesn't have a car to drive. So now our 3 and 5 year old have to share. Complete disappointment.

Warning, if your kid has to have the music blaring and dash lights flashing the whole time, this probably isn't the ATV for you. However if you like the fact that your child will be MUCH safer without music during operation, you like that this has twin 12 volt motors that can get up to 5 mph, you like that it comes with an actual four point spring suspension....albeit very simple suspension, but it does help keep all four wheels on the ground and insulates your children's backs better than nothing, and you like that it has plenty of leg room, much more that some similar models, and last you like that a friend or extra toys can be put inside or in the back then you may want to give this HPR 1000 a serious look. We love ours, and so does our little girl! Purchased during the one day only sale at Sam's Club for $199.99.

Shipping packaging was well done. Complete set up took less than one hour. I added lubrication to the set up. Instructions did not provide for lub of axles and steering mechanism. The charging method is much simpler than power wheels. Overall well worth the sale price. Extended Warranty a must for $20.00.

I bought this for my grand daughter and had it shipped to her. Easy to put together but like many others it would not charge plus a wire on the steering wheel was broken. Size and tires were perfect for where it was going to be ridden and grand daughter was so excited. Contacted Sam's and they sent me the return label. Too big for car so could not return to Sam's or FedEx site so had FedEx pick it up. This was every thing that I had looked for so was so disappointed that it would not work for her. Hope they can figure out why these are having the charging issue.

It's almost a month or and still fun and fast. Child loves it! It was relatively easy to assemble and it holds a charge longer than I do,
