The carton was delivered standing on end in violation of the arrows printed on the carton. One edge of the carton had become unsealed (see photo) and there were "loose" pieces in the carton. One of the bottom corners of the unit had come loose and had a piece cracked off (see photo). I was able to figure out how to fix and reassemble this parts by comparing it to the undamaged "twin" part. Another part had come off the other side of the same section, but I was able to reassemble it the same way. The unit looks good now that it is assembled, but would have been easier to assemble had the carrier not mis-handled the carton allowing the merchandise to shift inside and partly come apart.

I don't know of all these cracking and damages. Sounds more like the installer was a bit tough with the product. I installed it and its perfect. You have to make sure that all the holes are aligned correctly before you join them. Forcing the product when not aligned will damage the product.

I purchased this in Florida for my Canadian residence. When my husband opened it (in Canada) to put it together there were no assembly instructions and lots of pieces. When I went to the Keter website they have nothing indicating the product so therefore can't find the assembly instructions. Keter says 72 hrs. before receiving a response back.

Only had a couple weeks and have used it a ton. Everything snapped together and fit perfectly. I was amazed and surprised it went together so well.. Not sure how it broke on the other review. Not real heavy duty I admit, but good enough for the price. I think it's going to be perfect. Gave 4 stars instead of 5 just because it could be a little heavier duty. Also because the directions should indicate that you actually have a choice in what is front and what is back, and what is right and what is left. All the pieces are the same so if you want to switch it around you can.

I'll first mention that I am a fabricator by trade and have worked with sheet metal daily for nearly 15 years. I will say that I should have checked this during assembly, sadly I did not. I assembled and placed the unit next to our new spa last night, just for a place to sit the kids drinks and toys. Unfortunately, when we decided to head out in the blizzard and enjoy the warm water, I grabbed the “table” by the underside of the stainless top, just to slide it a bit closer to the tub, and sliced a couple fingers pretty good. Enough to get some blood in the pretty white snow and freak out the kiddos. Long story short.... beware of the fact that the stainless top has very very sharp edges. Unless I got a unit that missed the “deburring” process... I'd imagine that they are all this way. I'll will be adding some rubber trim to mine, just to make sure the little ones don't make the same mistake that I did.

I bought this last week and I am impressed how well it is made. The SS table top is supported with steel rails underneath the top making the top very sturdy. The top and bottom plastic shelves are strengthened by metal bars running the length of the edges. Goes together easily with snaps, bolts and screws. This is a well thought out product. I have assembled plastic boxes, chairs, outdoor tables and this is by far the best quality of any plastic items I have assembled.

I was so excited to use this and at a great price. As soon as my husband starting putting it together it was an absolute NIGHTMARE! This is supposed to be a "snap together" table but was far from. There were cracked pieces and none of the parts fit together properly. It took an hour to get 3 pieces together. By the 4th piece, which never lined up to connect, we had had it. Time to return this God forsaken thing. Never again! Don't waste you money!

I bought this for my husband to put next to his smoker/grill and he loves it. It was very easy to put together and I was able to do it alone in less than an hour. Other than a few screws, It just snaps together. He did a lot of grilling over the weekend and he used this to prep all of the food. The storage below is great as well. Has enough room to store an extra bucket of pellets along with other items. Found a cover that fits perfectly.

Just bought this a few days ago. Opened box and began to assemble per instructions. Flimsy plastic components are brittle and broken. Not very good first impression. Called mfgr customer service and they are sending me replacement parts. I would not buy this again.
