I have always felt like she was the safest she could be, and have never had issues with the car seat or base. I also love the fact that I can put the car seat in my Graco jogger stroller before my daughter graduated to the toddler stroller seat. The latch did stick a little and sometimes was difficult to get out. But safety wise I felt my baby was very safe in this car seat.
