[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Make sure the base is really snug against the seat. You pretty much have to put all your weight onto the latch to get it to seat properly, but this is standard for a car seat install. The carrier is easy to clip in and remove from the base .

I wasn't sure how the base would fit in my vehicle with the anti rebound bar but it fits great and makes the base very sturdy. I'm excited to use it for my second child! It was so easy to travel with especially paired with the click connect stroller cart. Absolutely love the black material. It goes with everything.

It was easy to adjust the straps while the baby was in the seat and also easy to install the seat so that it stayed put in the correct place. It was easy to get in and out and place into the stroller. I loved it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this Graco infant car seat...it is a favorite. I have long trusted Graco carseats for the convertible seats but this was my first time using the infant seat. In my opinion it is a winner. It has all the safety bells and whistles such as the anti rebound bar. Initially I thought the bar might make getting the baby in and out of the seat more cumbersome but that was not the case and Im happy to have that extra added safety feature. The straps are easily adjusted as simple as pushing a button and pulling the lever up and down which is great that there is no need to rethread when baby grows. The seat itself was extremely light, in my opinion when compared to other infant car seats we have used in the past. Installation was easy, without having to read instructions to figure it out. The base is adjustable which is great because it can then be properly installed in a variety of different vehicles. In the past I have felt that some seats are too narrow and confining that my children either hate being in them or grow out of them quickly and didn't feel that was so with this particular seat. Love that this is a GRACO product- which is a trusted brand and most importantly the price point is on target with being a very economically practical price point compared to many others but yet has all the bells and whistles of the higher end car seats! My favorite feature is probably the easy adjust of the straps...because I know how much of a pain rethreading can be! Thanks Graco!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've been using this for my son since he was a newborn (hes 1 year old now) and I love how easy it is to adjust straps, or clean the fabric on the seat. It put my son right to sleep & was obviously comfy to him when he was smaller. Its also super easy to install, even in small/compact cars like ours.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this for our baby as he was growing out of his overpriced uppababy mesa. This car seat can be positioned face forward which is recommended for 2 plus years. Great purchase, very comfortable and not too bulky.

Got this car seat before our baby was born and it worked for the first couple of months. We didn't realize at the time when we got it that the headrest is not removable. When our baby was only 3 months old, he started hating the car seat and would scream while in it. He's a tall baby and just didn't fit in it anymore when the bulky headrest couldn't be removed so it squished his shoulders. He would also get hot while in the car seat. Other than the fact that it's a heavy car seat, I did like it for the first couple of months.. especially the one button handle feature. However, I would not recommend this car seat to others based on the headrest flaw. 3 months in and we already had to buy a new car seat... save your money and go with something else from the start.
