The seat itself is definitely lightweight so adding a baby (even a large baby) won't make it impossible to carry. The adjustable base makes this an easy install. The LATCH system attachments were extremely easy to use to make sure there was a secure and tight base. The indicator bar is also very easy to read. My husband was able to install the base in just about 5 minutes after I took it all out of the box. I only had a few issues with this car seat – mainly the canopy. The material of the canopy is not very flexible and it seemed to get in the way of the handle. You also have to press both sides of the handlebar to move it which can be difficult for short people (me) leaning into a tall or large car. I also felt like the padding around my son was not quite enough for long road trips. My son was 10.5 lbs and we just used rolled up receiving blankets to adjust the padding. This was a simple solution but I wish there were some more removable pads. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this car seat. Overall, we really like this car seat and would recommend it.

I bought three of these car seats after we found out we're having triplets. We are so excited they are all girls. All three girls love them they are now 4 1/2 months old, weighing all in the 14 pounds. They look comfortable and I KNOW they are safe. We have 2 older kids both girls they are 5 and 7 and they both have the Graco 4Ever and both still in the 5 point harness and my 5 yr old weighs 63 pounds and my 7 yr old weighs 78 pounds.So I know they are safe in Graco car seats.

I am in love with this car seat! The base installation was super simple using my car's LATCH system and the easy-to-read level indicator left me with no question I had the seat installed appropriately. My FAVORITE feature on this car seat is the one hand handle adjust. It has always been difficult on our previous care seat to push in two buttons and still have a hand to adjust the handle. Now, I can push a single button and move that handle all with the same hand...so nice! I also really like the Silent Shade. It is made of such a nice smooth material, I can put the shade up or down without waking baby...no more crinkly fabric noise! Graco has hit one out of the park with this car seat. In exchange for my honest review, I was provided this product for free.

We have two small grandchildren and it is no small feat to get them into the car while holding one and holding the hand of the other. This car seat is so easy to put the baby in in the house so that I can hold the toddler hand. I can easy pretty much just set this car seat in and it is secure. That leaves me able to pay attention to getting the toddler in. I really don't have an extra hand to be trying to get the baby in the car. Installing it in the first place was actually easy and how many car seats can you say that about? I haven't found it to be the case with many. That always left me feeling like maybe I didn't do it right but with this one it is easy to get it right. One small but important detail is the Silent Shade canopy. Of course the baby always falls asleep in the car. With this car seat I can adjust the canopy and it doesn't wake her up. But my favorite feature how lightweight it is. I just can't carry as much as I used to and this one makes my life easier. I couldn't find anything I did not like about this car seat at all.

I have always used Graco brand car seats and this one is by far my favorite. I love the that it tightens and secures the seat belt for me! I feel much better knowing that my baby is safe and secure. It's so easy to install, even my husband can do it! The car seat is very lightweight and unlike every other car seat I have owned, you only need one hand to move the handle! This is so convenient for moms on the go! The sun shade is also nearly silent unlike other models I have owned. It is so much easier keeping the baby asleep! I was graciously provided a car seat for testing purposes, and all opinions are my own.

I really wanted this carseat with the anti rebound bar because my city has some bad drivers so the added safety feature just made me feel more comfortable. I got the color Jocelyn which is so cute. It looks good. I love that it clicks into the base but also can be secured with the seat belt which makes for easy travel and car changes with the car seat. I also love that it can click into the stroller which is so convenient for quick errands when I don't feel like taking baby in and out of the seat. I'm seriously not looking forward to when I'll have to upgrade from the infant carseat which is soon. I only have a couple issues with the seat but they haven't dampened my view of the seat. The first and biggest is that for a seat that goes as low as 4lbs they have no real head support compared to other car seat models they have. My baby was born just over 5lbs so I was very happy this seat went that low so I could take my baby home but I was nervous any time she was in the car during the early months until she started getting better head control because of how tiny she was. My 2nd issue is that the one handed handle adjustment really isn't one handed as the button often gets stuck using one thumb and doesn't fully engage the release mechanism to be able to move it. I usually have to use both my thumbs using the joint to be able to push it in far enough to release it. Also the clearance for the handle and canopy is not as pictured. It's much less. To the point where I usually can't fully extend the canopy unless I push some of it past the handle because they actually touch. But I would say it gets like 95% extended with the handle up. Lastly the canopy it's scratches easily. Idk what it's made of but one day I got caught up while carrying the seat (may have been on the storm door trying to get out the house with my big old diaper bag...can't remember the details) and after bumping around and finally freeing myself I noticed the canopy had a big white scuff mark on it. All in all I really like this seat. It was easy to install and fairly easy to adjust. I like that the shoulder pads have velcro and can be removed for washing. Can't comment on the seat padding though as I fortunately haven't needed to do major cleaning until recently so I'll see how easy it is to remove that. I plan on keeping the seat for my next child so long as it doesn't expire before then. Probably should've gotten a neutral color but oh well.

We love this car seat set. It comes with the base and it fits well with the click connect to make it into a stroller. You can find them for a decent price that won't break the bank. We used it with our 1st baby and expecting to use one like it for our second baby.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son was born in January. He will be turning 11 months and we just upgraded to a “big boy” seat- which is of course Graco, too. This carrier is easy to use, the bases are easy to install, and I never feared the safety of my son. My son seemed comfortable and with the longevity, look forward to using it with future children.

It feels sturdy and secure, and the anti-rebound bar gives me extra peace of mind. The seat clicks easily into the base and stroller, which makes moving my baby around super convenient. The only downside is that installation took me a little time to figure out, and the head support could be softer for newborns. Overall, it's a solid and reliable car seat that I'd recommend to other parents.

I've used this infant seat with both of my kids, I have always felt like they were as safe as could be when they were in it. It's very lightweight with and without a baby in it. The installation of the base is so easy it takes seconds with the LATCH system as well as the seatbelt method and I've used them both. It's easy to adjust at just a press of a button to make bigger and a pull strap to make it smaller. It is easy to take apart and clean as it is machine washable!
