This is really a good Lotion. The consistency is a decent thick lotion that does not feel like it is filled with junk liquid. It is absorbed very nice into the skin and does not have that fake absorbed feel, where the product just sits on the top of your skin. The smell is probably my favorite smell. While yes, it is labeled as Lavender, please note the Lavender does come out and smack you in the face. Especially it does not have a cigarette smoker infused fake lavender scent. The lavender is subtle and fresh . (Note: I do like 100%love the smell of actual lavender or real oil and such.) The one used in this is just subtle. The rest of what they infuse the lotion with is pure fresh, refreshing, and still relaxing smell. 😌. The smell is amazing. I find the scent works well with different occasions or scenarios. I can find myself putting it on to go out and run errands and it is invigorating, or for fun occasions or just dinner out and it is a special and happy scent, then even as an application before I go to bed after a shower and it calms and is soothing. I really cannot explain how or why the smell, consistency, and overall sense of felling washes over me to suite the mood for the occasion like this lotion does. I have not found any other scent and or lotion that does fit the mood like this one does and not that I was even looking. So, please give it a try as overall the whole of everything about the lotion is Amazing.
