This oven is on point for the price, we make pizzas in 3.5 minutes at 700, the oven is fairly easy to clean, just wish the top heated up a little more, but other than that a must for your kitchen if your a pizza lover

Sucks

I bought this a year ago it has always been slow in reaching temp but tonight it failed. Cuisinart is always iffy some good appliances some not so much. The pizza oven is not so much. Don't buy this as it is not worth it f you Cuisinart for making it real difficult to leave a review

Do not buy

I really wanted to love this. No matter how I treat the pizza peel - or load it up with flour or cornmeal or anything - the pizza finds a way to stick and not come off properly - which winds up with a gross wad of pizza mush. And the pizza stone is impossible to clean properly. I'm going back to my still tasty in the oven pizza. It was supposed to make pizza making easier and taste better - and it doesn't.

For best results, we recommend allowing the stone to fully preheat, using a light dusting of coarse cornmeal or semolina on the peel, and assembling the pizza quickly to help prevent sticking; the stone should be cleaned only once fully cooled using a dry brush or scraper, as it’s designed to darken over time.
