Cuisinart Pizza Oven Delivers Perfect Results

I recently received my Cuisinart Indoor Pizza Oven CPZ-120 as a gift, and I must say, I’m impressed! This appliance combines great design, functionality, and versatility, making it a fantastic addition to my kitchen. I love its sleek, modern design. It’s compact yet sturdy, easily fitting on my countertop without taking up too much space. I love how it doesn’t feel too bulky or out of place in my kitchen, but still has a strong, high-quality build. The matte stainless steel finish is stylish and easy to clean, which is a huge plus. This oven can handle a good-sized pizza—perfect for my family. I’ve been able to cook 12-inch pizzas without any issues, and the results have been consistently great. The crust gets beautifully crisp while the toppings cook evenly. It’s faster than a traditional oven, and the pizza comes out just like what I'd get if I went to my favorite restaurant. Beyond pizza, I’ve been pleasantly surprised by its versatility. I decided to try roasting some mixed vegetables, and they came out perfectly roasted—golden, tender, and flavorful, with just the right amount of crispness. It even did a fantastic job with candied bacon (which is a personal favorite)! The bacon was perfectly caramelized and crispy. Overall, this oven has really exceeded my expectations. It’s easy to use, fits perfectly in my kitchen, and produces excellent results with pizza, roasted veggies, and other treats. I can't wait to see what else I can do with it. If you’re looking for a countertop oven that does more than just pizza and can handle multiple dishes with precision, the Cuisinart Pizza Oven is definitely worth considering!

Good pizza oven

I’ve had this for 3 weeks and use it several times a week. Perfectly cooked calzones, golden on top and bottom. Great bread sticks and yummy pizza; I make New York pizza and I use the suggestions on time and temp that are listed on the front of the oven. Cooks pretty evenly. I really like it!

Pleasantly surprised

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was surprised by the performance. The crust texture and the flavor were excellent. We used dough from the supermarket and set the time and temperature for New York style. Very happy with the results. Physics being what it is, there is a warm up time for 650 F, but it you plan a little, and prepare other work, that is not so bad. Getting a good release from the peel takes practice. Overall this is an excellent way to make pizza.

Wish I'd Purchased This Indoor Pizza Oven Sooner

Love this Indoor Pizza Oven. We haven't made a homemade Pizza yet, but have tried numerous brands/types of Frozen Pizza and they *all* have come out perfect w/ hot toppings and a slightly crisp crust on the bottom. I believe the combination of a compact space and Pizza Stone is the secret. I like the straight-forward controls. The only thing I wish is that the LED lights for the timer shut-off after the unit cools-down; you have to actually unplug the unit to make the LED timer lights go off.

Great pizza oven for

I’m a pizza lover. I tried to make homemade pizza for the longest time I got it good but this made it taste great you need the temperature of a real pizza oven. This brings it to your kitchen for you to share. Once at temperatures you can cook pizzas in 5 minutes that will match your best local restaurant

Cuisinart pizza oven

Pizza at home. Awesome. I am a big Cuisinart customer. They stand by their products and I even had them replace items that were out of warranty. This pizza oven works great. It heats up relatively fast and cooks pretty evenly. I’ve used pizza dough and made my own. Good outcome each time. Would recommend this to anyone. The price was also very fair.

Best bang for your buck

I had been researching indoor pizza ovens for a while, but couldn't convince myself to pay a grand for one. When I found this one, I had to give it a shot and wasn't disappointed. Internal temp hits 700 degrees F and fluffs/crisps the pizza nicely. Warning though, don't use too much flour when sliding the pizza in because the really high temperature burns the flour almost immediately. But that applies to basically any pizza oven. Overall, I'm really happy Cuisinart released this affordable option!

Perfect at home oven.

I am so glad I got this instead of a propane oven for my at home use! I get a lot of use out of it and have found other uses for it! It does get extra smoky if you get cheese or sauce on the stone. Also the stone is hard to get/keep clean, hense the 4/5 stars.

Great indoor pizza oven for the price.(Kohl’s)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Who is thinking about an outdoor oven and then decided to go the other direction and get an indoor oven. After getting a good recommendation from a friend, Kohl’s had a good sale and I thought this would be a good time to purchase the Cuisinart pizza oven. As I’ve heard many times there is a learning curve on Working with the dough, putting the dough on the pizza peel, and then shuffling the pizza from the peel to the oven. Once you learn that, which can be found on many YouTube videos, you will be set. I checked the temperature with an infrared meter, and the temperature got to around 750° which made a pizza in less than five minutes.

I want to love it…

I tried and tried to get the dough off the peel. It was a disaster. First time, I used flour on the peel. Still couldn’t slide it off. Used spatulas to finagle it off. Second time, i tried cornmeal, it finally slid in, onto itself, but not before half of the cheese and sauce came off first. Burnt on cheese is impossible to get off the stone. Bought a pizza stone scraper, tried a bunch of suggestions from YouTube. But it’s still unusable. ( though I haven’t tried the burn it off method). So, there it sits on my counter, as I stare longingly at it.
