It's also a good size so it can wrap all the way around me easily. I also loved all the designs this beach towel was made with. It works well for both adults and kids as we live in Texas and its still very warm here so we still are enjoying playing in the water.

It's hot pink with starfish and an aqua-blue border on two sides. I love this towel and can't wait to take it to the beach!

The towels are just the right size to place on a chair or to use to dry off after swimming. It truly is oversized similar to a bath sheet. The pattern is unique and well done. They are also very large with a beautiful pineapple pattern with beautiful colors. We used them Memorial Day weekend at the beach. We had several people tells us that loved them. There are a good value and I would recommend them to others. Now if I can keep my daughter in law from sneaking them out of the house (she collects pineapple decor). I can see these lasting for a very long time.

One thing I will point out is that they shed a lot of fuzz in the dryer, so make sure to clean out the lint trap. Overall, I really love these towels, they meet all my criteria and are made well.
