DO NOT BUY THIS GIFT CARD!!! There are very few Lazy Dog locations that will accept this gift card and no way to verify where it is accepted. We were excited to use in in Johnstown, CO--found out after we had ordered that it was only accepted at corporate locations and the nearest one is an hour away. Looking at Lazy Dog's website, there is no way to check other than reaching out to the customer service line. There is also no indication on Sam's Club's listing that it is only accepted at some locations. I have reached out the company.
