So far my nails are growing a lot quicker and my hair is so long. Growing my hair color out a lot faster than I want but I'm glad to see my hair growing without developing split ends. I love the taste. No bad aftertaste. Simple instruction. You can nearly add this to anything and chocolate just makes it better. My husband loves it in his coffee so he puts in a scoop every morning and mixes it in. We love that it's not chalky and it actually tastes really good I have noticed our skin has more bounce to it and a better glow then before.
