It's a great way to wake up and fill up with some protein and collagen, and I am a big fan. The chocolate is a nice change from the plain, but I found it a little bit sweet for my taste. The instructions were easy to follow and I tried it many different way but I was not fully satisfied. The power seemed a little chalky and tasted the same. I didn't warm it up for fear it might change the nutrition or taste, but I was seriously tempted. A 2-scoop 27-gram serving contains only 90 calories and 0.5 gram of fat. It also contains 2 grams of dietary fiber and 18 grams of protein! I've tried mixing this into coffee, various types of milk, and have blended it with bananas, strawberries, spinach, and different nut butters. The chocolate always tastes authentic, the powder has 0 grams of sugar (stevia is the sweetener), and every combination of smoothie ingredients worked very well with the Vital Proteins chocolate flavor. This powdered supplement is especially beneficial for skin, hair, nail and joint support (with it's 20 grams of grass-fed collagen), but I really like it because it provides 18 grams of muscle-building protein, has no aftertaste, and tastes great!
