[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this a few months ago to help my hair loss. I do find that it's helped with my hair as well as my skin. I love that it has lots of protein. I drink it in the morning and helps me to feel full till lunch time. I use it in a shaker bottle and I do find it hard and takes a while to get it to blend and be smooth to drink but once finally mixed well its easy to drink. It also leaves a bit of an after taste which is annoying but after lots of water which we need anyway it gets better.

This delicious product just arrived and I really needed a cup of afternoon coffee and so Why Not add it in? To my Amazement this is my new favorite. I have only tried the vanilla and love it as well. This is smooth, creamy and oh so Chocolate with no taste other then yummy, hot, dark cocoa. I am switching from Great Lakes because I need the Collagen Type 2 for joint health. Sold! I did use a frother because I had one handy and added a small amount of heavy whipping cream as I usually do. Delightful.

She loves getting a good source of protein from this a few times a week. The only problem is that it needs some extra mixing because it can get a little clumpy. I would definitely blend it if you can instead of just stirring it.

Since it taste so well I find it an easy way to consume the collagen peptides in a tasty chocolate flavor, but with no sugar. After a few weeks my nails and hair seem to be looking better and as I get older I would like joint support.
