I wasn't sure if I should take the chance on this item due to the reviews. When the item became a shocking value I decided to buy for the price. Once purchased I received an email telling me date and time of delivery. Came on time box was pretty beaten up I thought here we go, but to my surprise everything was perfect. I have only one complaint which many people spoke of and that is the chemical smell. This product is in a smaller room so I think its taking a while to dissipate. For that reason I gave it 4 stars.

This couch is very firm and was easy to put together. The brown looked a lot darker than in the photo. The ottoman fits well in front of the couch when running both parallel and perpendicular. This is fine for sitting or lounging, but isn't a huge comfy couch that you would snuggle into on a cold winter evening. My family is pleased with the furniture overall

I just got this couch and it is made very well. It is also very comfortable and sharp looking.

Poor quality. The leather came apart at the seams in the seating areas resulting in tears.

It was very nice product, but the price was little bit higher.
