We have used Bounty for years. While giving us "33 %" more sheets, you lowered the quality that we have come to expect. Funny, the price went up as well. The towels are now rigid, rough and thin. I guess there is no real value or reason to pay a more for your product.

Lifelong customer. I never buy any paper towels other than Bounty. Was always happy to pay more money for a solid paper towel. However, this “new improvement” is terrible. They are thinner, do not tear evenly at the perforations, and do not hold up as well. Bounty claims they are new technology that trap and lock better but I tried this side by side with the same amount of water and the new paper towels are worse. Very disappointed. If they were actually better, Bounty would have marketed these as new and improved. Instead they tried to slip these in without us noticing. Very deceitful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Every now and then I try to save a little by going with a store brand or another brand, but I always end up remembering why I bought Bounty in the first place; the price tag may be higher than some others, but it lasts longer, and I can do more with less. I've actually re-used some Bounty sheets more than once to clean up the counter while I'm cooking - there' sno way I'd do that with the cheaper brands. They'd fall apart. Great product and one of the rare occassions I'm brand loyal.

For the last 25 years the Only paper towel that was allowed in our home was Bounty and it saddens me to say but after this last batch is gone we will never have Bounty in her home again. Even though I knew it couldn't be possible I thought maybe we just got a bad batch but then I went to the website to see if there were changes made because these towels were so different and disappointing and I started reading the reviews. All of the complaints that other purchasers spoke of are the same as ours. Then with your replies you tell one reviewer that you haven't made any changes while telling another that you have made changes, well it's evident that you have changed the product and not for the better. I didn't mind paying more money for the quality that we got with your paper towels but I can get your new product at a much cheaper price so unfortunately we will be switching brands. So many items have changed or cheapened over the years but we knew with Bounty we were always getting a great product, it's disappointing that now even Bounty has let us down. I know for a fact you have lost a lot of business because of this and I guarantee you will continue losing customers so if this bothers you at all you will go back to producing the old product that kept loyal customers coming back for decades.

Bounty Select a Size is the only Paper Towel product I will purchase. With a house full of young children, a large papertowel is not always neccessary. It is amazing what the 1/2 sheet can absorb. These papertowels allow us to take only what is needed and not waste. I also like the fact that they are much softer than other brands, they don't hurt dirty, little faces!

I have been a loyal Bounty user for YEARS happily paying more for what used to be a superior product. I have been incredibly disappointed in the last several rolls of Bounty Paper Towels, mainly with the horrible perforations! These select-a-size towels have been impossible to tear, especially towards the bottom of the rip. They leave a half-torn sheet which is useless and when I attempt to tear another one off, the same thing happens! I am wondering if lousy perforations are the result of some cost-cutting effort? PLEASE do your loyal customers a favor and invest in perforations that are actually going to tear and will do so easily. It is very frustrating to have select-a-size paper towels that you can’t really select the size because you ruin 3 - 4 of them with every attempted tear!

My Bounty paper towels are no longer the Bounty paper towels I hav e used forever! The most recent dozen I purchased are thin, hard and don’t hold up at all. They are like the cheap no name brands I had to resort to during the pandemic. I’ll be looking for a new brand. These are awful!

I have bought Bounty paper towels for at least the last 20 years. I found them far superior to other brands. But the last 2 packages I purchased are like paper napkins, thin, not very absorbent and fall apart easily. I will be trying other brands from now on to see if I can find a paper towel that is as good as Bounty used to be.

Bounty Advanced has issues with the perforation of the product. It is very difficult to tear the individual sections off without causing pieces left on the roll. I probably will not purchase the Bounty Advanced in the future once our package of 12 is completed.

It took me several (many) times to realize your commercial spokesman was saying "per roll." It sounded like "parole," Or proll. Or what!!!??? It wasn't until many commercials later that I realized what she was saying was "per roll." You should shoot this over. Poor diction. Love your product though.
