[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv has given me lots of issues. It's very slow and has a lot of connectivity problems. It frequently goes to an all black screen in the middle of shows.

Picture is great, I have no complaints there. App navigation on the TV is unmanageable. I have used a Fire Stick or Nvidia ProShield with the TV to be able to use apps in a more user friendly way.

This wasn’t my first Samsung but was my first over 30” and a UHD. The clarity is amazing, as is the Samsung TV and SmartThings app. I’m seeing details in older movies that I never saw before.

Great Tv plenty of apps.The only issue I have is the sound quality..Every time a Presidential speech is broadcast all that comes out are mistruths and outright lies.I have tried different channels but it happens on every broadcast.
