[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use this tv for everything, streaming ,gaming, movies and sports!! The picture quality is really good and the upscale feature helps a lot when it comes to watching older movies or shows, it gives it a "modern" look to it. Sound quality is pretty decent as well, we never had the need to go past 50, I would say it's a bit more bassy but that's me not really changing much of the settings. Navigating through it's interface is really simple and easy. Even pairing up my phone to cast or use "SmartThings" was super easy. All in all TV has treated me right have had it for a year now and haven't had any issues

It’s a really good tv, I love the different apps I can watch on it. The picture is great but not the best. I wish I didn’t have to keep changing the picture settings but I guess the different shows/movies and such are all different when they record them. Only really bad thing is the remote, the back of the batteries keeps falling off and it doesn’t stay secure. And it would be nice to have the rolling remote like with the LG, and it moves around like the Wii on the screen just so there won’t be so many buttons betting pressed when searching for things.

We use it on our PS5, Fire stick and straight from the tvs on board software. The streaming speed directly to our TV is blazing fast! Netflix, Hulu, disney+ all steamed with ease! Will definitely purchase another in the near future!

It was installed by a professional in January, and here it is in June and there's already a line in the pixels from the top to the bottom of the screen! There is no damage that i can find or see. It was working perfectly until a few days ago. Then in February my fiancé passed away and i can not find the receipt. I can not do ANYTHING about this!! I am so extremely disappointed, frustrated and hurt. I can't watch TV without a big line right in my view, it's terrible!! I have everything Samsung in my house, but I guess that's going to change!!

I love my TV the only thing I don't like about it is the sound. I wish there was a way to have it Amplified a little more my husband and I are in our late 60s and we are having trouble hearing it. We have to turn it up to almost full volume to be able to hear some of the movies .

if i could marry this TV, i would. the picture quality? phenomenal. the ease of using it? amazing. the size? perfect. this TV has made my bed rotting sessions after 3 long 12hr shifts at the hospital an immaculate experience. even when i’m trying to fall asleep and i put on some white noise through the youtube app it’s fabulous. samsung ilysm
