On the way to #byebyediapers
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product from Influenster for free. Size 2t-3t fit my two year old daughter well, other than the fact that I found the rise in the bum to be a bit short. I like the designdesigns and that some images disappear when the diaper is wet as it encouraged my daughter to try not to dirty them. I like the sides that come apart for easy diaper changes but found my daughter wanted to rip them herself all the time. The diapers are easy for toddlers to pull up and pull down. My daughter liked the designs as well and got really excited to wear them. I had no leaks and use them at night. I would recommend to a friend and I've bought these after testing.
Comfortably Cutesy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried Huggies Pull-Ups Learning Design for girls for the first time.I was very impressed by the durability and absorption capacity they were able to hold through the night. They were cutely designed with Minnie Mouse and Jessie from Toy Story. Thanks to the cool design,my daughter was more than happy to wear them, giving her big girl confidence she needs. The cottony soft material felt soft to the touch, making them more comfortable than many other pull-ups I've experienced, knowing she comfortable and protected to bed wetting while feeling confident made my overall experience well worth it.I have officially switched my usual brand, and will be purchasing Huggies Pull-Ups from here on out.
We're so glad the two of you are loving our Pull-Ups training pants! Sounds like a great match overall - thanks for the lovely review and 5-star rating!
Leaks everytime
We tried huggies when my daughter was a newborn and it leaked, so we switched to a store brand which did a much better job. Tried huggies again when she was learning to walk. Leaked again. Fast forward a couple years to the present, when my daughter is now potty training. By this time my husband and I have steered clear of huggies until we had no choice but to get it. The store didn't carry the usual brand we used, so out of desperation we bought huggies. The first few nights with huggies, my daughter woke up to a wet bed. Amazingly the pull ups stayed dry. That's because the entire contents of her bladder never even touched the pull ups and leaked right out the sides! After several consecutive days of washing bedding, we gave up and went to another store to get our favorite brand. No wet beds since then.
Great but no stickers
We are in the beginning stages of potty training so we bought these a couple of days ago and we were disappointed there were no stickers. I took out all the pull ups and checked every single one and no stickers anywhere. Although we do like the pull ups and feel they will be really great, no stickers in the package was my only negative review about it.
Congratulations on beginning the potty training journey with your daughter! We understand how disappointed you and your Big Kid are, and we know how motivating our stickers can be. We'd be happy to help and learn more about your purchase. Please reach out to us directly at 1-888-778-5587 (available weekdays, 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. CST). We hope to hear from you soon, thank you.
Love these Pull-Ups!
My grandson just turned two years old, and I have been buying the Pull-Ups Learning Designs for boys for him, in the 2T-3T size. He weighs 32 lbs and is on the tall and slender side, and they fit him perfectly. He has extremely sensitive skin, but they have not caused him to break out like some other brands of diapers or training pants did. The Velcro sides are very strong (sometimes very hard to pull apart if you don't just pull down the product but try to undo it) but that's a bonus to me. These are our favorites!
Where are the Learning design princess pull ups?
I love the Learning design Princess pull-ups but I can no longer find them. It wasn't just the princess pattern that I loved! That particular pull-up had the best fit and side opening that was convenient. While the Minnie pattern says learning design as well it doesn't fit as well or have the same absorbency? Did you stop making the princess learning design pull up?

Monsters are for boys...not girls!
Very disaapointed in the changing the designs of the pull-ups. My daughter had a fit over the "Monster" on her pull-up. That's for boys not girls she says. She was used to princesses and Minnie. She is 2 years old and has no idea who the monster is. In spite of me trying to tell her he's powder puff and a good guy, she refuses to wear them. I refuse to buy a bag of pull ups to throw away 1/3 of them. Please go back to all Princesses and Minnie. Pull Ups used to be fun..now it's a struggle. I will buy store brand over Pull ups now.
Not sure this is the way to go.....
These pull-ups are a great product, depending on your purpose. If you have a child who has occasional accidents at night, then by all means, use these (as I do with my twin daughters). However, if you are trying to train a child to use the potty, I find these don't work as well. They are just a different type of diaper, like the new pull on diapers. My son, who doesn't seem to be interested in potty training, even though he just turned 3, wears these like they are diapers. I put him on the potty, but he won't go there. He prefers to pp and poopoo in the pullups. Overall, I think that this product is confusing for kids who are taught not to go in their pants, but don't have any consequence to going in the pullup. (Meaning a mess on the floor instead of just being wet, like in a diaper.) If you don't want to deal with the messes on floor, than try pull-ups, but expect the process to take longer. If you want to train quickly and more efficiently, put regular pants on your child, deal with the mess for a few days, and be happy it will be cheaper, faster and less confusing.
Bigger sizes
I totally agree with another reviewer that said why have the daytime oull-ups in size 4T-5T but not the daytime ones?! I for one can testify that this is so needed. My son is 2 and a half and fits the 4T-5T pull-ups but there are no nighttime ones for him and he still pees a LOT during nighttime. He currently still fits size 6 diapers as well, but is just about to outgrow those and I'm not looking forward to changing his sheets every morning because he peed through them. There are other brands that make size 7 diapers, but Huggies are the only ones that don't irritate his skin. You NEED to make size 7 day and night time diapers AND size 4T-5T nighttime pull-ups.
Leaking Every Night
My son is almost 3 and has been potty trained during the day for several months, however, he still has accidents at night. I didn't want to take a 'step back' by using diapers at night, so decided to try disposable training pants for overnight. First, I tried the Good Nights brand, had no leaking, but they gave him a rash, and seemed too padded, making him uncomfortable. So, next I bought the Pull-Ups brand. The Pull-ups have been leaking nearly every night. I am so tired of washing sheets and changing him in the middle of the night! Then he has a hard time getting back to sleep. Not to mention the poor kid sleeps who knows how long in wet clothing/bedding before I check on him and realize he's wet. I have limited drinks in the evening and only allow him a few sips within the hour before bed, and have him sit on the potty before bed. These just don't seem to have any absorbency to them. I've read other reviews that seem to be experiencing the same issue, and they claim the 'overnights' #which I wasn't aware of until now# don't seem any better. Don't want to spend more money to find out that they were right.
Hi Lucy – We appreciate your review of our Training Pants with Learning Designs for Boys. Congratulations on conquering potty training during the day, that’s a great achievement! It sounds like you’re doing everything right at night, but that your big boy just needs some added protection at night. Other parents going through the same issues have found this article helpful for them: http://bit.ly/11lerE9. We understand your preference of not using “diapers” at night. Have you by chance heard of GoodNites Tru-Fit Underwear for boys? They’re a soft fabric underwear that works with disposable protection to keep sheets and PJs dry all night. You can learn more about them and pick up a $3 coupon at http://bit.ly/1l4gIFa. If we can be of further assistance to you, please reach out to our Consumer Care team at http://bit.ly/1r8NBHX. Thank you!
