This frozen jeep arrived with the gear shifter stuck only on reverse mode and to my surprise it had two reverse and no forward. I opened up the shifter controller and found that the shift stick rolls over two button to adjust direction. Both switches down means reverse - one button down and one up means slow forward - both buttons up means fast forward. however the control box housing is loose and allows the shift stick not to function properly and pass over one button locking it into position. Bought this car one year ago for a 4 year old birthday girl and her 6 year old sister. One year later and they are still enjoying it. The now 5 year old is pressing to have the speed increased but the parents are resisting. It took my husband and I many hours to assemble it and get the decals on but it was worth it. The look on her face when she pulled the wrapping paper off was priceless. This is quite a hardy little car. The girls' mother who is a tiny 5'2", 90 pounder has even driven it!

Both my girls (3 and 8) love riding in it all over. They both fit in it just fine with the older one steering it (younger one can't steer it yet). She especially loves the fast speed setting on it and takes other 8 year old friends with her. It took a little effort to put it together (though not too much). Definitely recommended.

We've only had it for a week, but so far, I would definitely recommend the Jeep. My 3-year-old daughter received this for Easter last weekend. She has asked every day to go outside and ride her Jeep. She drives it around the neighborhood on concrete. it doesn't get a lot of traction of grass. We haven't had any problems with the battery losing power. The only issue is that it took my husband a few hours to put it together.

It's a wonderful thing for a mom when both your children can enjoy a toy together, have fun, and interact together. The colors are bright and fun, it's sturdy, and my two year has no problem getting in and out of it. Love the music they can all play while riding around. The battery lasts a long time and my husband had it put together in under an hour with two little helpers. I look forward to many years with this toy!

There are a lot of decals which makes it really colorful. It has a lot of power and is faster than other cars that my kids have tried. It was easy for them to learn to use it.

We ordered this Jeep for our Granddaughters, ages 3yrs & 6 months. My husband bought our son his first (real) Jeep so Grandpa was excited to buy it for our little girls. It was delivered in just 3 days right to our home (no charge for shipping). He put it together with out any problems & he is very pleased with the construction. That's quite a compliment from an airline mechanic who is super fussy about his work. We can't wait for Christmas. One tip: Wrap just the box for your kids to open and have the Jeep's battery already charged and ready to take it for a ride on Christmas morning! It does take several hours to put it together and I'm sure they won't want to wait.

Purchased for my 5yo daughter online and picked up at a Walmart store. Box was large and heavy but parts were all included with no damage. Assembly was time consuming but logical and manageable. The Jeep is quality enough to traverse our gravel driveway, wooded areas and grassy yard. It carries 2 45 lb kids no problem. The batter lasts about 45 minutes to an hour and must charge overnight. My one suggestion/complaint is that the wheels are heavy plastic, so it can take a few tries to get the jeep moving on grass and gravel. And because of the plastic wheels it's loud on gravel. Not a big deal but may be annoying to close neighbors. Overall nice toy and would recommend.

I like the design of this item and it's great for ages 2-5. I didn't like that after buying it less than a month later the radio didn't play and the battery wouldn't charge. After calling the company, I was told to take it to the repair shop an hour away, and they never fixed. It was in the shop for over 2 months so I asked for a refund. I also purchased the warranty for it, but I didn't receive a refund. Mattel isn't a good company to buy from.

The jeep was very easy to put together. It has a stereo that plays the frozen songs. It comes with seat belts and it allows you to decide what speed you want. It gives you a couple of options nothing too outrageous. She has been able to share with a multitude of the kids in the neighborhood. As soon as they see her with it, they all want to jump on. This is a great way to keep her entertained. It allows her some freedom and she loves it.
