[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received LUVS to try and my expectations were high. I have heard some issues people were having with them and thought I would still try them out. They were okay- not stellar, but this was also for a toddler versus an infant. The diapers got really mushy and felt wet on the outside after just a couple hours (and one normal diaper change timeframe). However, I think for younger babies, they would hold up a lot more- just for the fact there is a lot less running and moving. :)

Luvs are great .. there is usually a diaper or two in the box that we lose for faulty straps but I have had similar experiences with other brands. Luvs is a great Value Buy - My daughter drinks alot of water and as a result pees ALOT! I learned when she starts peeing out of them more then 2 times a week .. its time to go a size up .. like right now she is 31 lbs (age 2) and we are moving up to size 5!

I loved Luv's Diapers with my oldest, and once we tried them they were the only diapers we ever used for her, but then they redesigned them and now I hate them. They made the tabs lousy so they didn't stay stuck as well and when I've tried the redesigned diapers with my younger 2 they just don't fit well and leak terribly. If Luv's would go back to their old design I would once again become a loyal customer. My other big complaint is that Luv's only rarely has coupons and the ones they do occasionally have are for such small amounts they are hardly worth redeeming. Huggies on the other hand regularly sends out coupons worth $3.00 off of a regular package of diapers, making them cheaper per diaper, after the coupon, than Luv's are. It's really too bad. We quite liked Luv's with our oldest and would gladly come back if they'd only revert to their old design. I refuse to use a diaper with tabs that don't stay. Bring back the sticky tabs, they were the best of any brand I ever tried, and I'll come back in an instant!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My toddler is for the most part potty trained. However, she tends to have accidents in the middle of the night. We tried other products and she leaked out of all of them. In order to prevent her from wetting her bed and own's, we started waking her up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom. Which was unpleasant for both her and us. Until we started using Luvs, these diapers do not leak!!! She is able to go in the middle of the night and wake up with a dry bed. They also have really cute messages on the back “I woke up like this” and “little boss”.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these luvs diapers, they are alright especially when in need of diapers and it's the last resort. They leak a lot, don't hold much, and leave rashes. Not sure I'd really get these again personally.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received these Luvs about a month ago. First they were packaged well. Now the diaper itself smelled fantastic and they felt soft and durable. And after testing the diaper my daughter broke out on her stomach back and bottom. She was barely wet and her diaper was leaking. I wouldn't buy these for her and I suggest give them try and see it they work for your child.

Seriously! I love Luvs and wont use anything else on my 20 month old. I'm telling people to get them now for my baby on the way and they're indeed what i plan on using! Honestly if it wasn't for Luvs i don't kno what i'd do! they're my savior if that's at all possible!!!

My husband and i ususally get luvs because they are affordable and leakproof, BUT I am getting rather annoyed that in every box of diapers I get, there is ALWAYS a handfull of diapers that the tab tears off while I am putting the diaper on my son. I counted 7 diapers that I had to throw away with this recent box we purchased. So I am wondering, am I really saving money by buying luvs, or am I wasting it on wasted diapers?????

It's been 22 years since I've had to buy diapers. I thought I knew my diapers. But was I surprised to find how things have changed. I couldn't use my "usual" on my precious twin boys. They were soaking their pj's and bed every night, sometimes twice a night!! So, I tried 3 other brands of diapers that all boasted the "no leak" claim. After 4 different brands of diapers I was worn smack out and soooo frustrated.....feeding 2 babies, changing 2 diapers, changing 2 pjs, changing 2 cribs sometimes 2 times a night almost EVERY night!! Finally, I tried LUVS!! YEA!!! I LOVE LUVS!!! No more changing sheets, pjs and diapers 2 times a night. HALLELUJAH!!!! NO LEAKAGE....not ONCE since I have switched to LUVS!! THank you, thank you, thank you. And Walt and Jake thank you!!

I purchased Luv's when my son was 5 days old because both Pampers swaddlers for newborns and in their size 1's (also a proctor and gamble product) and Huggies snugglers leaked EVERY time my baby wet his diaper. I am certain that the diaper was put on correctly, my mother-in-law, who had 3 children of her own and 15 grandchildren had also changed him at least 4 times with the same leak problem. I may be a little inexperienced at diapering, but clearly she is not. I don't know what the problem with those diapers are, as I'm sure not everyone has this problem, but in desperation, I bought Luv's because they advertised the ultra-leakguard and "blow out" protection and hoped for the best. I was ecstatic when he did not leak through his diaper! I was so weary of having to change the poor baby's clothes every time I changed his diaper, which was 8-10 times a day at least. I was also pleasantly suprised to discover that Luv's are also less expensive! I don't know if it was the style of diapers that I was using with huggies and pampers, but I am not going to experiment further with any of their other styles, I'm a Luv's mama now and will recommend them to all the mamas I know :)
