Our diapers undergo many quality checks, and we try our very best to ensure that each one reaches you in perfect condition. We're so sorry that wasn't the case with your recent purchase. The information you've provided is helpful, and we'll ensure it's shared with our Quality Assurance Team. If the tapes are not fastening as well as they should, popping open, or not re-fastening, the diaper may be too small around the waist. When fastened, the tapes should be in the middle of the picture strip on the front of the diaper. If the tapes will only go nearer the end of the strip, it may be time to move up to a larger size diaper.
