My husband and I both have back issues and this mattress has been perfect for us. It allows us to be comfortable and stay cooler.

All the body pains are gone after sleeping on this mattress. Great for side sleepers like me. Forget the soft unless you want to fall out of bed.

After my 30 days of sleep trial I plan to go to the soft. Firm is too hard for me. At this point I don't think I could recommend this mattress.
