It took for ever to receive it. They had an incorrect number. When I finally received it has a ripe. I don't really want to return it because I'm afraid it'll take forever to get it.

easy to assemble with no tools required. comfortable, eady to move chaise portion to the left or right of the couch. made of good material. for the price we r definitely satisfied with our purchase

This is the second leather sofa I've purchased from Sam's. The other one, a different brand, I purchased in 2009 and it's wonderful. No rips, comfortable etc. I wish I could say the same with this one and had I noticed it's not real leather I wouldn't have purchased. Bought in 2018 and the cushions are peeling, and one of the arms is broken. Poor quality.

I ordered this week's ago. Finally delivery day comes today. The couch has a 4 inch slice all the way through on the armrest front. 2 more slices over 2 inches long on the corners on rhe right and left side. Sams says they'll give me 3 options, return and replace, return for a refund or $100 to keep the thing. So disappointed. I've been without furniture for over 2 weeks. Here it is the week of Thanksgiving and I'm stuck without furniture. I'm regretting this purchase.

I had been watching this as it looked and read so well and it is. I had concern to fit in my doorways and so I share this. The long package, is as long as the couch is. As packaged, the narrowest width is only 20 inches wide, so it can fit in most doors, packaged that is. So then, you could assemble it in the room itself, as long as there is clearance for the length. The length did not clear my front door, upright, so we just slid it in horizontally. Easy to assemble and move around although there is a lot of external cardboard. You could also assemble to have two ottomans instead of one by placing the lounge cushion fully on the couch and then putting one small cushion on the lounge support for a separate small ottoman. This might come in handy for more seating or additional ottoman table. Executive lounge look and quality. I received the gray and it is a rich, deep gray with blue undertones, I would say vs orange or purple, it that helps you coloristas. Really classes up the living area and very comfortable for lounging.

We have had this sofa for over a year. The durability of this sofa is poor. The seams of the chase part have split apart. The sofa is so light that when you sit down it moves. The back piece that holds the back cushions up constantly comes off when someone touches it.

Couch is nice for the price.they just dropped it in the house in the box and when assembled the couch had a rip in the back . Sam's was great, but the experience was not favorable to be honest! Couch is decent for the price, therefore I cannot really complain much as it was pretty cheap to be honest. I needed something to fit in very small doorway which is why I chose this particular set!

There's a special kind of stress that I get when I order furniture items that my carpenter partner will be assembling. He's super critical, due to his job. We're both incredibly pleased with this purchase. He's commented at how solid it is, how they used good wood and the craftsmanship is above what we expected for the price. The leather looks much better than we expected as well. We were a little nervous ordering it sight unseen, but know that we can trust Sam's quality. It's firm but comfortable, no weird smells, and the giant ottoman makes it awesome for snuggles. With a big dog and a newborn, we wanted something that would be cozy for the whole family. It feels big for being smaller, which is great in our small house. Definitely recommend to anyone!

I bought the brown one some 4 weeks back, and it had missing and broken legs. In all this sectional needs 13 legs(4 for ottoman, 4 for chaise and 5 for the sofa). I received 8 out of which 2 were broken. I reached Sam's online chat and they assured me they would get back to me to resolve and it's been 3 weeks and I'm still waiting for a response. Meanwhile this thing is sitting in my living room without legs, it's not a very comfortable height without the legs. I would have returned it, however it's pretty inconvenient to return because of the size. At this point I'm exploring buying legs from other stores to fix the problem. I guess I'm done buying furniture online after this experience.

I just received mine, I just put it together but I had very bad experience one of the nuts to screw the legs is missing then the couch does not stay standing and there is also a ripped part. Please if somebody know where I can report this issue, thanks
